“overpriced! general ok”

Overpriced for hotel condition. yes it is a courtyard by Marriott. still feeling that i had to pay too much just for the name. Room was ok , spacious. expect flat screen ( plenty of movies on VOD.... 19.95$ for one movie, why not !!!) with 2 kids we had to move a bit the beds and furniture... well it had been a while Mr Vacuum was not here. like i said , from another lower level chain well i would have kept eyes closed.... you can still really enjoy it.

“Very pleasant stay”

I stayed for two nights on a weekend. The rates were excellent for the area. The room was large and very clean. Everything was new and nice. Very friendly staff. It is in a quiet location, plenty of free parking and fast internet access. Overall I was very happy and felt comfortable.

“Courtyard Miramar”

I was satisfied with the hotel stay except the room itself did not have enough drawer space, nor shelfing. in the bathroom, I would usually have space for my toiletries, hair products and medications, etc, but not there. I had to use one of the drawers. My wife used the drawer space and I kept my stuff in the suit case.

“Wonderful Hotel!”

This was my first time to Miramar and my husbands 3rd. We had never stayed at a Marriott Courtyard not at least that we remember! But anyhow this hotel waa very nice! Room was very very comfortable and clean! Which is very important as we travel for business but we also bring our young children with us when we can. The staff for very helpful to me with everything even my children. The only thing that was not the best to me was the hotel restaurant for dinner at least. My daughters and I had searched all over the area for a restaurant that was child friendly but with no luck and patients running thin we returned to the hotel restaurant for dinner which did not work out well at all. After the front desk clerk who was covering for the bar/restuarant person took our order it took for ever for us to get any kind of drinks we ordered and the food took almost an hour to come out. I was stuck with two small children that were out of patients and starving. Plus when the food came out it was not worth the price we were paying, now I know I was paying for convience but come on $12 for a hamburger the size of something I could get at McDonalds? It really irritated me to say the least. But they did win me over with the breakfast service and selection! But that will not keep us from staying with them again, that was a minor irritation the rest of the hotel service and quality will bring us back in the future for sure!
