“Horrible customer service--do not stay at this hotel!”

I stayed at this hotel and had a complaint about the maid service. The staff was not accommodating, and the management never returned my phone calls about my complaint. I felt that once they had my money from Expedia, my needs were not taken seriously. Do not recommend staying here--there are much friendlier hotels in Minot.

Had a wonderful stay. The only thing I would complain about is the noisiness of the cleaning staff in the morning.

“Loved the hotel! & Location! Won't stay anywhere else!”

I will never stay at any other hotel in Minot. It's right across from Wal Mart and 3 or 4 places to eat. About a mile away from the mall and movies! Perfect location! Everyone was very nice, and the hotel room was much more the expected! I called ahead, my plane arrived early, and they let me check in 5 hours early. Very nice!

Good bed, comfortable room, convenient breakfast. This chain is very dependable; you always get pretty much the same thing regardless of the location.

This place was great. The front desk person was very friendly and was quick at getting us checked in. Our room was fantastic - The rooms are nice and big and the beds are very comfortable. Also you can choose firm or soft pillows - so no more crappy flat pillows! The breakfast in the morning is really good as well. They have a nice selection. We loved the location of the hotel too. It is right across from the 24/7 Super Walmart and about a 5 minute drive to the mall. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. This is going to be our new hotel of choice when we are in Minot!

“Nice hotel with reasonably priced suites.”

The first thing I noticed about this hotel is the great front desk with quick service and check in. Very friendly. However once we got to our room we found that we were not placed in the Deluxe Suite that we had reserved. We called the front desk, which was very apologetic. Unfortunately they didn't have any remaining suites so we had to make do with the standard room. The standard room was very nice with flat screen TV and comfortable beds and pillows. The following day we were moved into a suite and I was very impressed. Much more room and easily able to place our pack-and-play out of sight of the beds so our son would fall asleep. Also, all the suites are only a few dollars more than the regular rooms so if they have one available you might as well book it. I recommend asking for the corner suites as they are larger. Also, fast, free internet and great hot continental breakfast. I will definitely stay here in the future.

“Not impressed”

Getting a free breakfast was a bonus and the breakfast was good. They had no outside plug ins for vehicles which could be an issue. It was cold outside when we were there and the in room heating unit was cutting in every 4 minutes, we turned the thermostat down to 60 F and the room was still warm. We told the person at the fromt desk and they said they would get maintenance to look at, but there was no difference the second night. We did open the window and that helped. The hotel is clean and other then the room temperature the room was great.
