“Great place to stay”

I would stay again. They go out of there way for the guests. The location is great to walk to the mall or they offer shuttle service. The food was great for breakfast and was very surprised they offer an evening meal. Can't beat it!! Naomi

“Close to Famous Mall of America”

This was a very nice hotel and we were impressed with a great bed, clean room and the ammentities. It is across the street from the Mall of America and has easy access to the interstates. The pool does not have waterslides like some in the area but we weren't looking for this. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold and during the week they have dinner options as well. There are chocolate chip cookies and coffee avaliable in the afternoon/evening. The rooms have a full refridgerator, stove and dishwasher complete with dishes if you prefer to stay longer and do some of your own cooking. Overall this was a great experience

“Close To Mall”

It's a very nice hotel within easy walking distance to the Mall of America so we didn't have to park at the mall and the IHOP was a great feature as well. We had the king suite which was very nice and comfortable. Was well worth the price!

“EXTREMELY SATISFYING STAY”

My wife and I took three grandchildren to the Mall of America and stayed here for three nights. Everything was great from the shuttle to/from the airport and the MOA to the complimentary breakfast - even a light dinner served Monday-Thursday. The grandchildren really enjoyed to indoor pool after shopping at the MOA. My wife appreciated the staff for putting us in an easy to reach room near the elevator. The room was spacious and clean. There are three restaurants within a block of the hotel.

“All the necessities of home, very happy!”

I thought this hotel was great! We stayed during the week and from Mon-Thurs the hotel offers a complimentary supper at 5:30, we enjoyed this as we have a 10 month old and didn't have to eat out at restaurants for every meal. They were very accommodating, we had a high chair in our room as well as a play pen. It was so nice to have a seperate room with the king bed, sink and vanity, and bathroom. And the main area had a kitchen, sink, dishwasher, stove, fridge, table, sofa, chair, and tv. It was a very comfortable stay. The hotel is basically right across the street from Mall of America, but we took the shuttle, which only takes about 5 minutes. The hotel was about 20 mins away from Valley Fair and Minnesota zoo, and Ikea is 5 mins away. We were very happy with this hotel!

“Would recommend, but with reservations”

The location of this hotel was ideal, as we were right across the street from the Mall of America. The room was comfortable, but the hotel itself is dated and worn. Our toilet took forever to finish flushing and the door handles were rusted. As well, it is across the street from the rapid transit line, so you could hear the trains at all hours. If you don't mind that, though, the suite was nice, with a king bed, tv and dresser, closet, medium-sized vanity and and small shower/toilet room. Outside of that was a small sitting area with a sofa bed, tv, desk area, and small kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc. If we had stayed for a few days, that might have been nice as we could have kept snacks in the room. Personally, because of the train noise and the dated facilities, I will try a different hotel the next time we come to the Mall of America.

“My new home in Minneapolis”

We go to minneapolis often and this will be our number one pick in the future. The hotel was perfect and the staff was without exception the friendliest I have ever run across.

“Very satisfied”

For the price for a family of 5, I was very pleased. They were doing some renovations of the hotel so there was some work being done here and there, but for the most part, very well kept. Food decent. Complimentary full breakfast, and to our surprise dinner was served as well. Again, great prices for the service we received. Only negative, not sure if hotel or Expedia mis-communication but we were under the impression that the 2 double beds, and sleeper sofa to accommodate a family of 5 were all in separate bedrooms. Double beds we thought were in separate rooms. This was what I read on-line. It was a little awkward w/ my husband & I sleeping in the same room as my teenage daughters. The other child was a teenage son who got the sofa bed. We couldn't get an upgrade because of the mishap, but everything else was great! Would definitely stay there again.

“Happy family”

We loved our stay at Homewood Suites MOA. The front desk staff was great and the breakfast was very good. The staff even made sure we had soy milk available for our son with a dairy allergy. The rooms were ideal for a family with young children. It wasn't as easy to walk to the Mall of America as we had hoped but the shuttle drivers were very helpful and willing to make special runs for us. We hope to return soon.
