“Superb experience”

This was our first time in a Hilton and our high expectations were met. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was comfortable, and the pool and exercise room came in handy.

What a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Excellent staff, rooms, and extras. We were there for both business and pleasure and always felt we were coming back home each night after our business.

“Weekend Getaway”

My daughter and I went for the weekend and the stay was amazing! Check in was very quick and the staff was very friendly. They have 2 hot tubs in the pool area which was nice because one of them was full. The pool was a little small but it was very warm. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff there was very friendly also. The hotel is located directly across the street from the airport and we didn't hear a thing. My daughter enjoyed being able to watch the planes take off and come in. It took us literally 5 minutes to get to the mall and the staff was able to give me directions. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Very comfortable hotel, clean rooms, hospitable and helpful staff. The hotel is right near the airport and the lightrail is about a block away from the hotel.

“Airport Hilton, Minneapolis”

Excellent service, friendly staff. Shuttle buses combined with nearby light rail made it easy to get around town. Very close to airport but no jet noise. Close to Mall of America. My only complaint was that the shuttles need to have some kind of identifying sign - there are three Hiltons in the area and without signage, the driver must give his destination to each potential passenger one at a time. Mobs of Hilton guests sometimes descend on these shuttles like they were the last helicopter out of Saigon.

Amazing hotel at a great price. It is closer to the mall of America than you think! Very enjoyable and highly recommended!

“Great hotel for a shopping weekend”

I stayed 3 nights in March. Although check- in was at 3pm, I actually arrived at 9am, I was promptly checked in early. The free airport and Mall of America shuttles are great!The hotel staff very friendly, the rooms very comfortable, room service very quick and the gym is nice as well.

“My favorite”

I stay in a lot of 3 stars, this is my favorite. Best bed, best linen, great room. Executive Lounge was fantastic.
