"Had a fantastic stay at The Beach Hotel, Minehead. From check in to leaving we had the best experience. Staff warm and welcoming. Rooms clean, spacious and with a great view.(Porlock Bay room)Plenty of choice for beverages in the room and we were given fresh milk during check in which we thought was a lovely touch. Breakfast was flavoursome with juices, teas and coffees on offer with cereal and croissants, jam, honey and marmalade.The cooked breakfast was ordered during check in and again tasty. I had a cheese omelette and my husband the fried English. Location also ideal and travel options on hand if you wanted to travel a little bit further. We’d also like to recommend the cinema in town- well worth a visit. We will recommend the hotel to friends and family and will definitely return. Many thanks to all for making our stay so pleasurable."

"Excellent experience. The couple who run the hotel (sorry, I can't remember their name) were so welcoming and engaging, and really coukdnt do enough for you. The room was compact, but absolutely perfect for me as a lone traveller. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. Highly recommend."

"Made very welcome by Paul and Mel, nice clean ensuite double room. My pet spaniel was made welcome too. Located in the middle of town, with good parking, Id recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porlock. Breakfast was tasty and filling, with a good choice of cooked options. "
