I have stayed here 3 times now and it's a great choice near the airport or business in downtown Milwaukee. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. No regrets!

This hotel was a stopping off spot for a 1 night stay, on our way to a different city. Check-in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is old, but quite well maintained.

Very nice hotel, close to the airport. Lets you print out your boarding pass for free at the front desk. BIG rooms, very comfortable. Great room service and overall very nice hotel. Would definitely go back!

Arriving at 11:00 PM on a freezing Wisconsin night, I was pleased to have immediate response by the hotel shuttle which came with minutes of my call to take my to the hotel. Once there the staff was extremely helpful in directing me to my next destination and helping me find transportation to it.

This was the best, we had a light bulb out , called the front desk and within five minutes it was replaced, we are used to sleeping with a ceiling fan or fan blowing on us when we sleep, (I know, strange) we mentioned it to the maintance man who brought us our light bulb, he brought us a box fan right up to our room. Room was spotless. Can't express how much I enjoyed my stay

“Great Location!”

Each of the hotel staff I met with were very friendly and helpful (Desk Clerk, Bellstaff person, & maintenance). Parking was very good, great water pressure and plenty of light in the bathroom. A few things with the room - recyliner was broke and the TV reception quality was poor on certain stations. The TV is great for being in bed or the recyliner but not the desk. You had to move the chair to the end of the desk to eat and watch TV. The room is dated but it was clean! I have stayed in the "Presidental Wing" on each of my visits and it has not really changed since 1984. Again, it was clean. If it's clean and the staff is friendly I would return. The public areas are always being remodeled but the rooms need a fresher look to make it a knock out!
