I was having a wonderful stay until this morning. I am in room 310. I just got done swimming and was changing out of my swimming suit. I was standing there completely naked when a women and a toddler were able to open my door with a key card. Ive never seen them a day in my life. I called the front desk. The lady said she would check into it. She calls me back and told me there was nothing on the camera. I am completely sober for one and for two I dont have hallucinations. I am completely upset about this whole situation. So much so that I will never give this hotel business again. Who was able to open my door while I was sleeping? I did not appreciate the way the front desk lady handled this situation at all. I ended up hanging up on her. I am a woman alone in my hotel room and now my anxiety is through the roof. Karen who checked us in was absolutely amazing though. She is a great worker.

The pool heater was broken, so the pool was out of service and that was disappointing. Also, there is no fitness room in the facility.

Eggs and sausage were cold every morning. There was a hockey team. And not sure if it is them. But slamming doors at 2am in the morning. Checked in and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion was already used. Had to make my own beds. Housekeeper or what he was made everyone uncomfortable.

The best part was the breakfast, hands down the best breakfast Ive had at a hotel. The rooms were nice, one bed was softer, and the other was pretty hard. They had low water pressure, but the over all experience was good!

If you are looking for a nice visit in south central WI, this is an excellent choice. Neat, Tidy, whirlpool, pool, breakfast, easy parking. Close to Kettle Moraine, parks, hunting, Horicon Marsh, and one of the finest art museums - Museum of WI Art (MOWA). Economically priced, the owners work here and take immaculate care.

Nice Hotel
Overall the hotel is very nice. There was a family reunion there so it was very busy and a lot of noise well after 1 a.m. Would stay here again.

Everything was fine, except I had to wait at desk for check out, no one was there. She was outside smoking, for at least 10 minutes. Checkout clerk did not know how to print correct receipt, I needed one to get reimbursed since it was a business stay.

The tun leaked all night and it also had a terriable green scale build up. There were dead bugs in the windows(alot of them). The lady at the front when we checked in was rude.

Great for a quick overnight stay!
Was in town for a quick overnight and the room was clean and comfortable. Check in went smoothly and fast, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately I left before breakfast started in the morning, so I missed it.

Despite the quiet hour starting at 10 p.m there was some noise on Friday evening. I was kind of disappointed that the pool closed at 10 p.m. Most hotels have an hour where it is only adults until 11 p.m

The staff were very accommodating and genuinely nice people. The room was clean and comfortable. Entrance to the hotel was unkempt and weedy, but may not be there property? Pool was clean as well! Great stay.

We always choose Country Inn And suites… It is always our go to hotel that is better than low, pay hotels, but always makes us feel like we get our moneys worth. This property, though was a bummer the staff was not very friendly, and did not move quickly at all. The air conditioners were not working well in the drains in the shower weren’t either, when I asked for a different room or an upgrade, because of these very strong inconveniences, when the temperatures were incredibly high… We were met with more distain then helpfulness. Literally, we stay at a country Inn and suites at least six times a year if not more, this state will make me rethink it . I really will pick Country Inn And suites over Mary Ott, and other hotels because of the consistency and value maybe not now.
