“Good value for the money”

The hotel was relatively inexpensive. In short, you received a clean room with no flaws to speak of, a continental breakfast in the morning, staff that was friendly and helpful, and a hotel in a great location (e.g., close to a lot of retail and in a good neighborhood close to the freeway) for a decent price.

“At Least It Was Cheap”

This was a very sub-standard hotel. The room was not very clean, there was no chair to go with the table, there was no dresser to place bags or other items on, there was no light for the desk, there were no towels in the bathroom, no pen and paper for notes, and the bed was rock hard. The free breakfast was poorly stocked and in a cramped room that you could hardly get in or out of if there were a couple other people present. At least the free Wi-Fi had fewer problems than most hotels I have stayed in. And there are lots of choices of where to eat and/or shop nearby. If you are looking for a low-cost place to stay, and don't mind the lack of amenities, this Hotel could be an option. That is the only reason I would ever consider staying there again. I have stayed at other Baymont Hotels in other cities and been very pleased with the amenities and the value for the money. But this one did not meet up with my expectations.

“This was the worst place we have ever stayed”

The heat/AC didn't work, the TV remote didn't work, the telephone didn't work but did finally come to life, the bath fan didn't work. Finally got moved to another room. The breakfast area was filthy. My shoes got sticky from the floor condition. No one maintained it. There are some very strange characters wandering around this place! Check-in was a hassle; one of the desk occupiers had no knowledge on the first day and didn't gain much to the second day we were there. This Inn is a pox on the name "Baymont"

“Updating needed - ASAP”

Our room had peeling wallpaper, a noisy air conditioner and bathroom fan. The shower floor towel was WET when we arrived - probably because the maid didn't change it from the last guest - ICK! I will never recommend or stay there again!

“Good for a quick overnight stay.”

Good location and clean. Air conditioner did not work well so the room was hot to sleep in. Bed was not the most comfortable, but for one night the price was right.

“Worst hotel stay I have experienced in my life”

I want to start off by saying that the location of the hotel is very nice. Having said that, I did not enjoy my stay one bit. I have stayed at a lot of hotels, however this hotel topped everything. The smell in the hallways is something I won´t soon forget. I was prepared for the smell of smoke, but when it´s mixed with the smell of vomit I got grossed out pretty quickly. I didn´t even bother complaining because the staff wasn´t that friendly. The room itself was outdated as expected and the bathroom was extremely small. The carpet was FILTHY (there was a gross stain on the floor, couldn´t tell if it was chocholate or animal feces), the bedsheets were disgusting....full of stains and holes. I don´t mind a 2 star hotel if it´s clean, this was far from it and this hotel is the reason why I will never go below a 3 star quality again.

“Very Inexpensive, Didn't Expect Much”

Clean bed and bath. Very active, but not terribly noisy. Breakfast was undesirable.

Comfortable stay with great shopping within walking distance. Nice area with helpful staff.

“friendly but sketchy”

The staff was friendly & very nice, but the comforter on my bed had graffiti on the underside, the coffer maker had no plug so I could not use it, and the windows were sealed shut.
