We booked this hotel in early January at a lower rate than we were billed upon arrival. I explained this to Adam at the front desk. I did have some proof. Adam was polite, professional, and kind. He had to work this out with the manager. He gave us our key and said he would let us know once he had the issue resolved. He did resolve this issue to our satisfaction. For this reason, I give the service at this hotel 5 stars. The hotel's overall cleanliness needs improvement, and many items need to be replaced or updated for the price they tried to charge - $254. I think the rate hike is likely on Hotels.com, but I am unsure. I will not be using hotels.com again for booking.
