Dissapointing, unpleasant smell and a dated interior. Good location, but very dated, raw brick interior with an unpleasant smell inside the rooms. Online pictures of the property didn't match the reality. Interior of the rooms and bathroom had a dusty/mouldy smell, not I think from any lack of cleaning but more from the old fit out and build up of dust and damp in the exposed brick mortar and old grout joints between tiling. Check in and check out policies are more restrictive and less generous than comparable motels at this price point. A pity, because this could be a good motel with fairly limited renovation, but I wouldn't recommend staying here until the interiors are refreshed to at least address the smell in the rooms.

Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. When guests spray deodorant/perfumes in the rooms it is very hard to eliminate as it settles on the carpet etc or if they have cooked in the microwave. We always have the rooms open with the fans on while cleaning then we spray with Glen 20 to remove any germs in the air. There is definitely no dust or mould in the rooms. There is a picture of the room you stayed in on the site you booked through. Some rooms are painted but not all. We are a 3 star motel that probably could do with a good renovation to make it shiny & new but we have a landlord who refuses to contribute. Even though the rooms don't have the latest decor, our rooms are clean & comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay but were very disappointed that there was no iron or ironing board in our room. Also the car park is tiny and very hard to back a car into. The room was nice though and the owner very obliging.

Our iron & ironing boards are brought to your room if requested, so not sure why you didn't ask. Our car park has had many large cars & utes park easliy in front of their rooms, you just need to know your car. I'm glad that you enjoyed the room and hopefully your stay in Mildura.

Nice and clean
Room was very clean and was in a great location. It is an older style motel which wasn’t a problem but the beds were very uncomfortable- extremely hard which is not what we like. Water pressure wasn’t very good in the shower either but overall a good place for the price.

Beds are a personal preference and everyone is different. The guest in your room the night before said that he loved the bed and it was the best sleep he has ever had. The water pressure is excellent in that room, I think you must have turned the shower head to water saving position.

Very disappointing that you have made such a statement. Our photos show exactly what we have. Obviously we are unable to photograph every single room we have but they are all of the same standard just with different bedding. They are not professional photos and are very true to what you see, so not sure why you felt otherwise.

Lovely place to stay. Value for money. Clean and comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable. Easy parking to your room. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Easy walk around the corner to the Main Street for the restaurants. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Great location good value accommodation in Mildura. Our hosts were very friendly throughout the check-in process. The Wi-Fi internet was the best with a great signal and very high speed. Look forward to coming back in future.

Excellent accommodation for price paid, rooms serviced everyday, pool clean and perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day playing tennis in the heat. Friendly owners. Would stay here again if back in Mildura it’s location is walking distance to restaurants and pubs very central and short walk to the Murray river.

If there is one word to describe this motel and that is convenient. It is literally close to everything of importance in Mildura. Like, the bus station is across the road, and the main shopping district, as well as all the pubs and bars, and pretty much there as well. Oh, and the Murray River and the foreshore park is pretty close as well. Look, don’t expect particularly big rooms, and the pool isn’t all that big either, but still, as a motel, this turned out to be a great place to stay.

We were welcomed so warmly, had fresh milk brought for coffee, tea, cookies available in room with a small fridge with fresh cold water. Could walk across the street to a playground and cafe across from the river, down to the paddlesteamers and up into town for food. Straight across from the train station but no noise because of the thick brick walls. Room stayed nice and cool. We will definitely come again!

The manager was very friendly. Very obliging to have our camper trailer with car parked at the back near the back gates and opened them for us to leave. Room was very clean and tidy. All facilities in room. Will recommend this motel to our friends. 10/10
