Upscale Hotel in Milan, Italy

Posted 27-Jul-2015
Pros: I loved the cleanliness and comfort of our room in this hotel.
Cons: I would have liked washcloths and a small iron in the room. I guess I'm used to those amenities when traveling in the states.
Location: Since we were only there one night, we didn't get a chance to peruse the area.
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Cusani for our last night in Italy. The hotel's décor was very chic and attractive, not only in the lobby, but our room as well. Everything was sparkling clean, which put me at ease. I would definitely recommend a night or longer at this classy hotel.

Good location in Milano

Posted 05-Jul-2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Interior facelift, need new furnishings. Barmen was not a real barmen, in addition can't do COSMOPOLITAN stated has no grandberry juice.
Location: Lots of great restaurants around for example would like to recommend CONVIVIUM Via ponte Vetero,21.
At the front of the UNA hotel is located Tour agency offering tours to 6 different Shopping outlets, so far the “FOX town” is the best at my opinion. In addition you can visit for one day different surrounding cities through their service. Same spot offers City Hop bus tours , in addition only 100 yards for Underground station CAIROLI, and close to Brera district, with beautiful dining’s, design furniture showrooms, and hi end Motenapoleone shopping. 200 yards, is a park if you want to escape the city, and relax on the lawn with picnic. Meanwhile hotel is slightly outdated and needs face lift, interiors and furnishings are from 70's and 80's. Mattress was XXFIRM, and pillows fiber fill, terrible, but we found pillow menu and requested Down fill, that was much better experience overall.

Fabulous location in Milano

Posted 01-Jul-2015
Pros: Great location, plenty of space, fabulous breakfast, wonderful staff.
Cons: Here's something really picky ... two wineglasses in the room would be nice.
Location: The Duomo, The Leonardo Da Vinci exhibit (until October 2015), La Scala, shopping, Eataly ... everything is handy.
We almost always book historic, older hotels but UNA Hotel Cusani was a welcome change. It's fresh, spotless, with a friendly group at the reception desk who really care about your comfort and want you to experience the best of Milan. Breakfast is excellent. We upgraded to a Junior Suite and were glad we did. The bathroom was huge, with separate tub and shower, good quality toiletries, a lit mirror and non-skid surfaces in the tub and shower. There was plenty of storage, and space to roll your suitcases so you're not always tripping over them. The bed was comfortable, and the lighting made for easy reading. There is a large work space and two armchairs in the sitting area, and the best part: the television swivels from a rectangular opening so you can view it from the seating area or the bedroom. Clever. The hotel is within walking distance to everything: La Scala, the shopping areas, Santa Maria della Grazie (The Last Supper), the Duomo, many restaurants, a park. Wear comfortable shoes because much of Milan is cobblestoned. A taxi can get you to a train station in minutes. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Milan.

Great Hotel

Posted 31-May-2015
Location: Near La Scala, the Duomo and the Galleria as well as near enough to walk to the Chiesa Santa Maria della Grazie where the Last Supper is housed.
Great location, friendly helpful staff and very comfortable rooms. What more could you ask for? The hotel restaurant also served excellent food with Milanese specialties that were prepared exquisitely.

Great place to stay

Posted 10-May-2015
Pros: hotel condition, location and value
Cons: Some staff could have slightly more positive attitude
Location: Everything Milan offers - shopping, sight seeing
The hotel is located very close to the dome and very central in Milan. The rooms are clean, modern and large (for Europe). Breakfast was included for us and it is a real breakfast, not just a few pastries. It will be the only place I will stay when in Milan.

Posted 18-Apr-2015 on Hotels
