“Modern and Chic”

Recently refurbished to a high standard, booked a family room which was a junior suite and a deluxe room combined, gave us our own little apartment in Milan! Coveniently located to Centrale station which has links to Rome and Venice. Only criticism is that the hotel's breakfast buffet could have more choices in hot food, but otherwise a very comfortable and modern hotel!

“Amazing”

great place and its 1 mint walking to the Train station, the reception the the stuff is so helpful and this is the third time when i go to Milan i stay in this hotel, also the breakfast is so cool and delicious. and important thing, i forget my watch in the safety box and the hotel send my watch back via Mailbox.

“excellent hotel”

This is one of the best hotels I have used in europe, its a little unique with its eco approach, it has a boutique style with a scandinavian/Italian design. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a modern boutique hotel in Milan, very good value, right opposite Milano centrale and therefore a 15 minute walk into the centre. I was there on business but there were many guests on holiday also, a good hotel for all. Excellent, worth the five stars I have given it. I will choose this hotel on my future visits to the city.

This is an excellent hotel. The ambience is excellent, food great and very healthy plus the facilities, location and staff outstanding.It is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time.

“Steps from Centrale Station”

We flew into Milan, took the train into Centale Station and were pleasantly surprised we could walk right across the street into this modern hotel. The staff worked with us to check us in hours before the usual check in. The rooms were smaller, but very clean & modern. The breakfast was very generous.

“Beautiful, calm, comfortable...excellent service”

This hotel was a joy to enter. The air con was fierce, but needed to be as Milan was very hot. The hotel was modern and very clean, but also quite quirky, the decor was very cool. Lots of mirrors everywhere and lovely areas to sit and relax. Very calming. The best thing about the hotel was probably the staff. Receptionists were very cheerful and keen to assist. They recommend a lovely restaurant about 3 blocks away, which was perfect for us. Great food and authentic atmosphere (the restaurant tried to overcharge us by adding more expensive wine to our bill (2!!), so watch your bill...not the hotels fault at all, just a word of warning) Best Bit: staff, hospitaliy, comfort Worst bit: Bar is expensive, corridors a bit dark

“Couldn't Be Happier”

Desk staff were very professional and willing to help with any queries. Great buffet breakast, in particular catering for my gluten intolerance. Very comfortable lounge area with unexpectected range of small snacks provided with drinks. Very close to Milano Centrale Station - no taxi needed, Highly recommend. Very soft and comfortable pillows !

“excellent place to stay in Milan”

This was an excellent choice for staying in Milan. It's just across the road from Milan Centrale station. The hotel was superb, reception staff very good and the room was perfect, plenty of room, large bathroom and comfortable bed. There was a good choice of restaurants close by and we walked into the Duomo Piazza (about 40 minutes) and back. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a high quality hotel close to the station.
