The hotel was lovely. The staff are all very friendly, personable and extremely helpful. The hotel was about 15 mins walk from town.
I always choose a hotel which has a gym, pool and sauna and/or steam room which is why I chose this hotel. I was disappointed that the pool and sauna were being refurbished and I had not been informed. The hotel stated that they had informed those who had booked direct but it was up to Expedia (who the hotel said they had informed) to have informed me. I was not informed by Expedia as if I had been, I would have liked the option to have changed to a hotel with the facilities I like to be included.
We have stayed at the Boscolo Milano for the last five years. Each time we are delighted by the lobby decor ( rotates like an art gallery showing). The rooms are very large for Italy and the bathrooms are separated into two areas which makes for easy use, when sharing a room. Valentina, the concierge, booked restaurants, hotel transfers and a City tour for our party of five this summer...she is a shining example of professionalism and the willingness to make her guests stay as wonderful as possible.
We'll be back!
The second time we have stayed at this beautiful hotel - even better than the first time. Great location in quiet area SO close to the heart of Milan. Amazingly helpful staff that go out of their way for you. The little things like a bag of lollies in the back of the limo taking us to Lake Como. We tried the pool - such a beautiful experience.
Love love love this hotel

We just stayed over Xmas, which as we knew was a very quiet time in Milan. We were treated so well by the staff (they were all sooo lovely). I think they may have been worried that we would be bored as it is such a slow time of year in Italy. However we were treated fabulously and enjoyed the use of the gym and spa areas. I don't think they sell themselves enough on the website as these areas were particularly lovely and look brand new. We really enjoyed the turkish bath. Breakfast was also wonderful, lovely fresh fruit, juices, coffee and bakery goods. We were treated particularly well as we were the only guests for breakfast on Xmas and Boxing day......
This is truly a beautiful hotel, in a very good position. We would recommend this to anyone and will stay there again next time we are in Milan.
Thanks again to all the lovely staff who made us feel at home.
I have stayed in this hotel at the end of the January 2012. The locational is superb, you're in a quiet narrow street, but at the same time very close to the very city centre. I took a stroll to the Duomo square and it took me less than 10 minutes. Also the Zani Viaggi agency is in a 5 minutes walk, in case you decide to take a few tours, say to Venice or Verona, or one of the shopping tours, it's quite close and you have no chance for being late.
The room was quit small, but at the same time had enough space. It was well furnished and pretty clean. They cleaned it a few times a day, or at least changed the towels and the bath robe.
The breakfast was nice, you would find boiled eggs, ham and a few cheeses for your choise, as well as some croissants with jam and butter, think it was more than sufficient as for a breakfast.
The stuff was friendly and helpful, whatever questions I had turned to them with, all were resolved! Thank you for such a great atmosphere, which was a great part of my holiday in Milano! Will certainly come back to this hotel with my husband and take a bigger room with jaccuzi :)))
The Armani hotel is a combination of understated style, elegance and sophistication, being at home away from home.
The hotel is located on Via Alessandro Manzoni, 31 which also houses the Armani flagship Megastore and the Emporio Armani Caffe' among other Armani branded stores.
The hotel is just a short eight minute stroll to the Duomo the worlds forth largest cathedral completed in the early 1800s, The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II one of the worlds first shopping centres and Sforzesco Castle built in the 15th century.
The staff are professional, helpful and most importantly are genuine and are proud to be apart of the hotel, this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at I genuinely didn't want to leave.
There is no other alternative in Milan you need to experience this hotel!

Good hotel, close to tube station and easy walk into town. Very helpful staff - managed to arrange tickets for an Inter-AC game at the San Siro at very short notice. We stayed for a long weekend and didn't make use of all the facilities but would certainly recommend.
