The room was reasonably priced Unfortunately, the rooms on was shabby. Wallpaper was stained and dirty. Stink bugs were in the room. Bed was mushy. Outlets not working.

I liked that it was convenient from the subway. It would have been better if there were a way in thru the back or side so you didn't have to walk all the way around dragging luggage to get in the main door.

The hotel was very clean and very quiet. I hardly heard any other guests for my whole stay. It was really convenient for getting to the arena and I felt very safe walking back after the concert. It was easy to get to the city centre too as the hotel is right by the metro station.

Bad experience.We had to change 3 rooms. Arrived, aircon wasn’t working , changed floor and room, same problem. Had to leave for something and came back , manger gave us a suite for inconvenience. Guess what, called next day saying they had to change the room again as this is expensive room. We didn’t ask for suite on the first place anyway. As we were comfortable now and didn’t want pack up and change again, we offered to pay the difference but they won’t agree saying it’s already booked from tomorrow. My wife’s 40th birthday was totally spoiled. There are renovations going in the hotel and it’s in terrible state at the moment. I won’t advise anyone to stay.

This hotel is out of town but easily accessible by metro. There is a restaurant within the hotel but the menu was very limited and quite expensive. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff wasn’t very personable. Our check out was fine. They did arrange a taxi for us that arrived early and that was great.

The hotel is being refurbished so the grounds are not great, however staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice with comfortable beds. Breakfast good but not great.

Three night city break
Overall great hotel which offered free parking and close to metro. Hopefully landscaping will start as it will worth it visually. Breakfast good but evening meal was a bit disappointing as the Caesar salad I had was not the best. Overall would recommend

It was hot in the propriety. Not a fully maintained facility. Mosquitoes everywhere and bed bugs in bed. We had to be moved from one room to another, and still not better.

The bed was so comfortable. Feels like needs a little bit of an upgrade in certain things but overall it was good. I would stay again. As someone had mentioned, they seem to be under construction in certain areas, but that is not a bother. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were too watery.

Hotel with interesting architecture/style, however it’s a bit old and needs renovation. Large garden area, which is perfect for dogs and for a walk. There’s no extra fee for pets. The AC didn’t work well and the shower head needs to be replaced. The staff is friendly. The room was spacious (junior suite). Please add some garbage bins throughout the hotel.

Beautiful gardens, would be nice to see in the Spring/summer. Easy access for the Mediolanum Forum for concerts. Close proximity to the subway. Easy to get into central Milan and airport. The breakfast was plentiful with a nice choice. On entering the hotel, we thought it was quite striking and very elegant. The staff were friendly and smiley which was nice after a long journey :))

Very clean and comfortable and quiet hotel. Went for concert at Mediolanum Forum within 3minutes walk. Great shopping mall 10 minutes or trains to downtown Milan located close by. Great location to avoid the hectic traffic 👍

A lovely hotel with exceptionally supportive staff. Located next to concert/sports/events forum so easy walk. Rooms warm and guest friendly, staff exceptional, great bar for food and drinks - open late enough; multiple restaurants!

Double Face terrible management with Zero A.C.
This Hotel Does not use Air condition and its all controlled by the front desk and they do not use A.C. when temperature is 80 degree Fahrenheit and there management is terrible because they promise you on your face and never do later and then change their own saying plus their rooms with full of heat and mosquito so do not trust the management .

I booked a room at a good rate for Milan. Transportation links were great and convenient. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff were lovely. The only issue was that our toilet seat was half hanging off …. No big deal for one night and I was out too early to tell maintenance…but at least I’m letting you know : )

This hotel was very busy and loud the weekend I was there because of a big concert next door. It seemed to bring the a young, noisy crowd. In any means the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. Securely gated and excellent breakfast service.

The rooms appear to have inadequate air conditioning and air flow. Had to change room immediately after check in as it became clear there was a problem. During the day the room was cool but after dinner it seemed the air flow was restricted. Electrical outlet in washroom not functioning, closet in room has broken lock which meant doors were permanently locked closed making it useless space.

We specifically chose something outside of the city so that there wouldn't be too much of the rush. On the listing the pictures looked bright and clean and quite nice but the place in reality was not up to our expectations sadly. The room was very dark. We had a suite but there was only one working plug point. We arrived later and were given the key but nothing else was told to us about the property like where the breakfast will be served or the pool is or parking etc. It just felt very impersonal. We did receive a bottle a champagne because we were celebrating a special occasion but no notes, and no smiles. The property is huge but very underkept. Plants are all either dead or overgrown :(
