very accessible to transportation - buses, subways

Pros: Very clean and staff very resourceful.
Cons: perhaps include light breakfast with the package
Location: very close to public transportation - subway line, busses, streetcars, trollies.
I enjoyed the stay. Room was great and so was the service.

My birthday surprise

Pros: Amazing room/suite, location wasn't actually that bad either, outdoor garden, breakfast
Cons: Heated pool, better mannered, helpful night staff, we're payign customers after all!!!!!- Apologised I made them do something other than watch footbal
Location: We didn't really explore near by but from the maps etc and travel into the centre - 20 mins if that and was ok
Was taken here by my partner and I loved the place - Bruno on reception was great. Only thing was the night time staff - not as helpful as the day. Request were not dealt with at all including non working sound system and phone. Wanted to order juice whilst I sat outside one night and told I needed to go back to my room and order room service??? I was sat two feet from where room service are! - Crazy The pool was freezing, shame as it should be heated. Really loved this place though and would go back to this exact hotel but this time I'll be raising hell if I receive the same level of negative help (exc Bruno)

Nice but a bit far out!

Pros: Comfy clean rooms
Cons: Menu in the hotel was rather limited, include the 5E city tax in with the expedia cost.
Location: Lake Como is a must!
If you want to see central Milan the hotels a bit too far out as it takes about 30 mins to get to the centre. There are great tram, bus and train links of which the bus and tram links are just around the corner from the hotel and the metro is about 10 mins walking distance. The hotel staff were very helpful and they provided the necessary information we required in order to get to and from Milan and Lake Como. They also supplied us with the necessary tickets to access the local transport which saved time purchasing them from the local shops which seemed far and few between as you cannot use cash on the transport system. The hotel arranged for one of their taxis to take us to the airport at 5 in the morning and it was cheaper than using the local taxis. On the down side the pool was not always available to be used and the city tax adds a hefty 5E per person which is paid directly to the hotel when leaving.

Excellent stay with very attentive staff

Pros: Room was great, bed was even better!
Cons: As a coeliac if I had one comment for the hotel, gluten free pasta needs fully cooking, it is not al dente compatible!
Location: no 12 tram right on the for stop and tKes you straight into the centre - very easy.
Excellent 2 night stay in Milan, originally only due to be one night but bad weather in Tuscany prompted us to move a day early and we were not disappointed.

Stylish hotel with helpful staff.

Pros: Nice large, stylish rooms with good facilities and a great shower!
Cons: Bar prices were expensive and the pool could be a degree or so warmer!
Location: The location was largely residential, which on the plus side meant it was lovely and quiet. It was easily accessible to the city centre by tram.
We recently enjoyed a relaxing weekend break at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Milan. We had read reviews prior to our stay that the hotel was a little way out of the city centre and indeed it was, however it was far easier than expected travelling into the city centre. The tram stop is a matter of metres from the front door and costs €4.50 per person for 24hrs unlimited use (just remember to validate your ticket in the machine on the tram when you first get on!) The journey in allowed us to take in some of the true Milanese life and flexibility in touring around places other than the typical tourist areas. The hotel was very clean, stylish and comfortable and worked out as good value for money. The reception staff were polite and welcoming with particular mention of Bruno who has exceptional English and was most helpful. The less desirable elements were the bar prices and the pool could do with being a tad warmer, but that is being picky. Overall, a stylish, clean hotel which we would thoroughly recommend (although we didn't eat in the hotel at all so can't comment on the food).

Radisson Blu Mila - few days away

The hotel was spotless( the double bed was enormous) , the staff very helpful, they were very good in advising about how to travel within the city and how the travel pass worked. The breakfast sounded very good, but was 25euros per person. The leisure facilities were good and when we used them (Saturday lunch time) they were not very busy . I like jacuzzi's and unfortunately it wasn't working....

Great hotel with very helpful staff

Loved this hotel and good location. Still had to travel 30 minutes to get to shopping district but it was worth it. The staff here are so helpful . They go out of their way to accommodate your every need. Super friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Twenty minute tram ride to centre

Pros: Room
Cons: Leisure facilities too small and staff could be more helpful
Location: Quiet location, tram journey to centre not a problem
Overall a good stay, hotel was very quiet, restaurant a bit pricey and leisure facilities sparse but overall worthy of its 4 star rating.
