We travelled to Milan from Toronto for a few days and decided to stay here. The Park Hyatt Milano exceeded our expectations in any area. Very clean, helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and the location close to the Galleria and city centre simply cannot be beat. Highly recommend!

This was truly a 5 Star hotel. Such a splendid place to stay. Service was impeccable and the location of the property could not be better. The rooms were amazing!!!

Great location and staff, got room upgrade without asking! The only down side, order guests were very noisy late at night...not the hotel’s fault.

Staff friendly, attentive and helpful. Room is very comfortable and spacious, excellent amenities and amazing bathroom. Walking distance to cathedral and La Scala. One of the best city hotels I have stayed in.

Spectacular hotel
Great location + great service + extremely delicious food + very clean hotel with amazing smells, I strongly recommend this hotel. The only thing that I don’t like is the cost of services, such as transportation + the food.

Good service, outdated toilet!
Good service and good location but not great, very crowded area since it is close to the Duomo. We personally prefer the luxury shopping area (montanapleone) which is more relaxed and quiet compared to duomo area. Room is not nicely decorated (the wardrobe is inside the bathroom). Also, toilet is very outdated, reminds me of my university dorm! The corridors are dull and dark which feels like a dorm as well! Lobby area is however nice and fresh. But overall, good service and clean room, very welcoming (they put chocolate everyday in the room which is nice).

All good except for one concierge person who was very negative and maid every attempt to block any tour we were making. At the end we did the trips ourselves without his help. The rest was excellent.
