Clean, helpful staff and convenient hotel

Posted 01-Aug-2014
Staff were so helpful, we had a large room with a whirlpool spa, very clean, comfortable and convenient for our stay in Vergiate. The shuttle was a great help. Restaurant nearby provides great local menus Thank you Christian and your staff!

Transit hotel for Malpensa

Posted 28-Jul-2014
Pros: Room was spacious. Plenty of free parking which was good as many places in Italy charge anything upto 25 Euros per night for parking. Airport shuttle
Cons: Even though it was signposted it is a little difficult to find as it is down a driveway not visible from the main road.
Location: Local village was nice to walk around and easy to find a restaurant to have a meal.
Hotel is about 15 mins drive from Malpensa airport in a small village. Staff were efficient and room was OK. They organised a shuttle to airport which was on time for a cost of 15 euros regardless of how many persons in the group which was good. Room was OK and at an acceptable level.

the best airport hotel ever

Posted 14-Jun-2014
This hotel is well worth the price and then some. Clean and chic with a friendly staff and a really interesting room layout. The shower was amazing and futuristic and had a radio you could listen to in it! I would definitly come back, the only issue is their shuttle to and from the airport in 15 euros but added on to the price of the room for a night it is still a great deal.

Simple accommodations 45 minutes from Milan

Posted 24-Apr-2012
Pros: English speaking staff day and night; courtesy shuttle
Cons: Orange color scheme takes some getting used to
Location: Not much to write about. Excellent pizza 5 minutes away...
Stayed at Orange while attending Milan Furniture Fair as a practical alternative to €800 a night hotels in MIlan. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, and the English-speaking staff incredibly happy to help with local transportation, picking us up at the airport or delivering us to and from the local train stations at all hours for a modest fee, €15 or so. They even ran a shuttle to and from the Fiera for only €20. Rooms were very clean and functional. Easy daytrips to the nearby Lake District a plus.

Good room for the money

The staff was not as multi-lingual as they claimed. However, the room and especially the bathroom was perfect for a business traveler, and the included breakfast was very good.

Not exactly an airport hotel

Posted 20-Sep-2008
Hotel was ultra modern, new and very clean. Lots and lots and lots of tile everywhere... hallways, lobby, entryway, bathroom floors and walls, guestroom floor. Almost all lighting was LED lighting. Some real funky like a ceiling mounted mirror with color lights (operated by remote!). TV and wireless internet. Space-aged shower. Problems: They took and kept our passports even though we pre-paid. They charged us a considerable amount for the airport shuttle inbound, but no charge outbound. Not exactly near the airport. Many other closer choices.

Smart and comfortable

Very smart and very comfortable - only there for three days but enjoyed the stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms modern, clean and pleasant. Used it to visit Monza F1 race - about an hour by car, and quite convenient to both racetrack and Malpensa Airport (30 mins away).

wonderful stay

Posted 04-Jun-2008
Staff was wonderful and very friendly and accomodating. The room was very modern, no restaurant but a very quaint continental breakfast area. Not overwhelming with choices, as was very Italian. Off the beaten path, we were glad to have a car although they have airport shuttle service. They went the extra mile to look up train schedules and they keep guide books handy. If you don't make any wrong turns which is very easy to do in ALL of Italy, the Malpensa airport is only 20 minutes away. Shower was cool as it was modern with programmable features. We had a 9 yr old with us so we had a junior suite with an extra bed. The TV is basically a computer with free internet, games, music, CD, DVD etc. options. You get complimentary toiletry items such as shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes and toothpaste, razor with shave gel and bar soap. Free parking. There is a restaurant within walking distance, they treated us very well and were reasonably priced. The area is beautiful, we really enjoyed it and would go back again with a stay at this hotel!

Not impressed

Posted 23-Mar-2008
Close to Malpensa. However, cleanliness of the room was subpar (one of the pillows on the bed stank so badly of sweat we had to lock it in a closet). Also, no restaurant on site, we had to walk to a nearby restaurant where service was hurried and shoddy.
