This hotel was very comfortable and even has air condition. It was a 10 minute walk to the central train station. Perfect location and very comfortable.

Lovely staff

Hotel was very good and staff were brilliantly helpful - I arrived via cycling from France and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

Great place but no free parking

Posted 13-Jun-2014 on Hotels.com
The Hotel itself was wonderful. After being in Stinky dirty Rome, It was a pleasure to be somewhere nice and clean. However, the staff is not very personable and the Hotel seems mainly for business people. We had a rental car, and parking in the garage is a pain. It cost so much money to just park our car there for one night. Wish with all the money they charge for the hotel rooms, they could offer more free services.

Perfect for us

Posted 09-Jun-2014 on Hotels.com
We travel with a 3yr old daughter and we only book a double room thinking our daughter can sleep in a cot. At check in, the front desk upgraded us to a triple room with sofa bed for our daughter with no extra charge. Location is perfect for us since it's only 1 subway station away from Central train station. For getting to the rest of Milan we bought hop on hop off city tour pass and get around the city with ease.

Moderate good hotel for business traveler

Pros: It looks like my house in Milan.
Cons: Honestly speaking morning buffet is not so good compared with other hotels in Milan as for menu and so.
Location: Next to beautiful park and 10 minutes walk to the shopping district.
I enjoyed to take a pleasant morning stroll around the park next to the nice hotel.

Need to be a sound sleeper!!!

Posted 27-May-2014 on Hotels.com
The building or the elevator makes loud noises constantly. These were so loud that they could wake you. We called hotel staff and they claimed they could not hear them. They did offer to move us at 2AM. As with other reviews, the internet service is horrible. It is free to a limited number of MB. If your work involves pulling from the internet, you will quickly run out.

Clean hotel with perfect location

Posted 26-May-2014
Pros: Location and service.
Cons: Internet connection for upper floors.
Location: Duomo, Central Train Station, Brera, Bianco Latte coffee shop (the hot chocolate is a must try)
We stayed at NH Milano Touring for 7 nights and had a very nice experience at this clean and modern hotel which has the perfect location. The hotel is between two metro stations, Republica and Turati, which are just a few minutes of walk away from the hotel. We used only the metro for transportation and had no problems at all even at midnight. Duomo station is very close and sometimes we even walked to the Center. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices for everyone. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated, but do not expect big rooms, as it is the case for many cities in Europe. The only reason I did not give a 5 for my experience is the Internet connection. We were on the 7th floor and the connection was extremely slow, sometimes we couldn't even get connected. We were told that this was because we were on the higher floors and the connection is stronger on the lower floors?? Ask for a room on the first three floors if you really need the Internet. Otherwise, this is a good hotel to stay at with a reasonable price.

Comfortable, central hotel in Milan.

Posted 28-Apr-2014
Pros: Location, breakfast buffet, free wifi.
Location: Central but not in overly touristy area. Adjacent to the Indro Montanelli public gardens, easy walk to Parco Sempione, Duomo, Cimitero Monumentale.
We've stayed in a number of different hotels in the NH chain over the past few years and this is one of the nicer ones we've seen. The location is excellent, a single metro stop or 15 minute walk from Milano Centrale, just outside the old city walls on the north east side. Staff were polite, helpful and spoke excellent English (and indulged my less-than-excellent Italian). The room was clean and seemed to have been re-done relatively recently. The breakfast buffet was a particularly nice surprise, offering a wide variety of healthy and high-quality options. Wifi wasn't the fastest connection, but it was at least free!
