The building is old , the AC and Fan did not work . The room was very hot in winter. The hotel parking is very expensive EUROS 35.

Amazing! It’s the best hotel we have stayed for our honeymoon trip. They gave us a free upgrade and we really appreciate it! The rooms were big and comfortable. Really recommend!

We only stayed one night, but the hotel and staff did an amazing job to make us feel welcome and celebrate our honeymoon. The bed was comfortable and the room very spacious and quiet. If I were to come back to Milan, I would definitely stay here again.

The service was subpar. Reception not professional, no smiles or warm welcome on check in. Stark contrast to the NH on Copenhagen.

Service at the reception was cold and unfriendly. Staff responses were condescending. Not at all what I would have expected from the NH hotel chain. The previous NH stay on Copenhagen was entirely different and better. There was no air conditioning in the lobby

The hotel is in a great location and there are lots of facilities and amenities around. The room is nice and clean. I wish there were free coffee/tea/water in the room

Great location to Garibaldi train station, shopping and dining. Checkin was disappointingly slow after one of two checkin staff made us wait while he took a 10 minute phone call and neglected to pass us along to his unbusy colleague.

Great neighborhood
Wonderful quiet neighborhood, size of room, and location -- quite yet accessible to major scenic places in Milan. Outlook of hotel from pictures are deceiving, but not affecting much.

Lovely hotel, room, and neighborhood. Hotel needs rubber bath mats for elderly. Dangerous slippery bathtubs. Also the bar is not cozy or welcoming. Helpful and friendly staff

The location was convenient—walking distance to train stations as well as restaurants and attractions. Our family of 4 had ample space in the room, though beds were just ok. We especially appreciated the good breakfast and very friendly service.

Great hotel. The only thing I would note is that the bath tub has no curtains, so water tends to spill out of the tub.
