I stayed there for 4 nights in Milan and it was the worst four nights of my life. The host was EXTREMELY UNWELCOMING and yelled at me if I asked any questions. The worst part was that I found BED BUGS on the best and then they gave me another room and that’s where I found bed bug poop and get bitten even more. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! now all of my belongings and my house are exposed to bed bugs and I’m in great distress during the holidays. Please stay away!!!!!!

Originally I was put in room the size of a closet, literally, I could not fit my very modest suit case there. No wardrobe, no desk, nothing ... I asked for a different room, but was told that I can upgrade for additional price. After I complained to Expedia, next day my room was upgraded for free. Although a better room, it still fell short of 4 star hotel. No room service, very basic conditions. What was particularly upsetting is that WiFi connection WAS NOT SECURE. I was intended to work from there and was not able to.

Good hotel. World's smallest shower
Good location, friendly staff, nice and clean, decent price. Be forewarned, I'm used to small rooms in Europe, and while it was a little on the small side, the shower is impossibly small. Smallest I have ever seen. If you are larger, I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere

The disposable plastic cups for water and the daily towel changes was not eco-friendly. There was no counter space in the bathroom and I got my leg on the tub faucet repeatedly- the layout was so awkward. There were no blackout curtains and just a single sheet to cover up with to sleep. The staff was great - but the hotel seemed old and outdated. The price didn’t match the expectations.

The good and the bad
This is a tough one. The good: Staff were really lovely, hotel was in a great location, really close to public transport Room was nice enough for the price The bad: The room smelt so bad of cigarette smoke, it seemed to get worse during our stay as though it was coming through the vents or air conditioner from another room. As a non smoker this was rough.

We are so sorry for the smell, the previous customers didn't folow the rules and the vorbidden smoking. This is what happens from some unrespectful customers.

They tried to cover up cigarette smell in the room, air conditioning was not working and was extremely noisy, television did not work, bed was hard as a rock and pillows were flat as a pancake. Just terrible.

we are sorry Gilbert, we never tried to cover up cigarette smell, but surely there are customers they are not respectful to others. We ask not to moke, we leave signs for that but ignored.

The hotel was nice and clean. It’s located in a very convenient area that is close to the Milan Central Station with lots of shops and dining options. The only downside is that the room was small and the internet was really slow.

Decent place for its money
Helpful and friendly staff, great location of property considering price. Note that his very noisy place - something going on outside almost 24/7 cars, people, cars, bikes, music - so we slept with ear plugs and even that wasn’t 100% helping.

I have booked this hotels twice both times I booked for 2 adults but when I arrive for my stay they inform me that I booked for 1 adult and then charged me $25 more. That did not include breakfast. I will never stay their again. There are other hotels nicer and cheaper. You are screwed when you book your hotel and pay in advance and get there and are told to have to pay $25 more. Shame on them

This is completely fake. Even Expedia has got your reservation and record. There is evidence on that. You booked a SINGLE ROOM and pretend to accomodate a second person? Shame on you, we remind you that a lie has no legs.

4 night stay all was fine - the bed was very uncomfortable as if timbers/springs were broke, soar back today. Otherwise the Hotel was basic but suitable.

Amazing hotel staff and perfect location
Amazing hotel staff, whenever I needed any type of help they were more than happy to help. Any request I had was always fulfilled. Location is perfect and airport transfer was good. The young woman working behind reception was the nicest person I’ve ever met and went above and beyond to help me with my short stay when I got lost in Milan. Beds a little hard but wouldn’t stop me from staying again next time I’m in Milan. 10/10

I adored the concierge and all their help, especially Florian! Everybody made it fantastic. The hotel and rooms are small and old. Def not a 4* Service and peole are a 5*definitely.

Mokinba 4 stars with a 3 star feeling...
Mokinba Baviera is a 4 star hotel with a 3 star feeling. Dont get me wrong; confy bed, clean, nice wood doors and room minibar. Shower was a little small and medium hot water. Great location...2 min walk to Metro and 5 mi. walk to grocery market. Small elevator and breakfast buffet is all cold except a micro scramble eggs. Very nice at front desk and they have a Tesla with driver for you. Also taxis are in the corner. Price was nice for a 4 nighter.

The hotel has very thin walls and it is very noisy. People seem to come and go at all hours and you can hear them talking in the next room and down the hall. For some reason you have to turn your room key in every day when you leave and then collect it again when you return at night

Did the job
Room was a bit small and dated. Location further from the centre but close to the main train station which was convenient for us. We stayed in Milan as a starting point for our trip around Italy and this hotel done the job with great transport links to and from the centre and walking distance wasn't too far if you could hack the August heat!
