I absolutely LOVED this hotel. It is an old perfume factory and they have perfume scents around the hotel (subtle) and then they sell perfume. It is absolutely gorgeous (e.g., rooms, lobby, outside areas, library), with beautiful art and layout. The daily breakfasts were tasty and the service throughout the hotel was incredible. For those worried about the walking distance to the city center, we actually loved that because the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood away from all of the people and we enjoyed the walk each day. I would go back. Stunning.

The hotel is located in the Navigli area of Milan along the canals. The staff were all so welcoming- there was torrential rain as we walked from the station so we were dripping wet on arrival, and they got us checked into our room straight away. The rooms are lovely and spacious, with more than enough space for us and our 5 year old. We had a lovely lunch in the bar downstairs- we were the only ones there but we were welcomed by the wonderful staff as if we were regulars. We also had fab cocktails later that evening, as recommended and made by the brilliant barman. Breakfast was a lovely spread of fruit, cereals and cold cuts, with eggs available as desired. The hotel is walking distance from lots of bars and cafes along the canals. Lovely spot overall!

Absolutely lovely stay in Milan. The building was modern and smelled divine. We were greeted by courteous, professional staff whom offered wonderful local recommendations and transportation guidance. Clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of Prosecco, hand written note, and macaroons. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants and bars along the canal. Delicious breakfast and gorgeous outdoor dining areas. Definitely my favorite hotel in Italy! 10/10 recommend.

The reviews on the hotel must be fake. This is the worst and most fraudulent hotel I have ever stayed at. They had non functional toilets, no water for the room, ONE person working the entire lobby. I have no idea how they are accredited as a “five” star hotel. Please do yourself a favor and steer away from this disastrous hotel. The location is dangerous, the staff is almost non existent and disrespectful when are, and the list goes on and on.

Amazing boutique hotel! Excellent value for the nightly rate. It felt very clean - cleaning staff did a great job. Each room had a different scent and our room (206) smelled divine! It was a bit strong at night having the incense sticks right by the bed, so I moved across the room which helped a ton. Definitely check out the roof for happy hour if you can. Lovely up there and they make great cocktails. If we had more time, I would have also loved to visit the on-site restaurant.

This is a magnificent hotel. The staff, very professional and helpful and will respond in a timely manner. The breakfast is Five Star, for food and presentation. The staff makes everyone feel like a VIP. From Canada to Milan. I will definitely do this trip again and I will be staying at this hotel. Thank you for making me feel at home.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. It was fabulous. everything about it. I absolutely loved it. The first thing to impress me was how immaculate it is. The bathroom was huge. I had one of my best meals in the hotel. Dinner was outstanding as was the included breakfast every day. The hotel staff outstanding as well. I cant wait to go back and highly recommend this hotel.

I think this hotel has a lot of safety issues. There are nefarious looking people all over. And in the night I think I heard a few gun shots. I think there are come criminal activities at this hotel at night. Very unsafe.

Staff was very helpful and friendly from Reception to restaurant to housekeeping and doormen. Hotel always had a wonderful scent in all rooms and areas of the hotel but not overpowering. Not a shock given it’s previous history. Location has a lot of nice restaurants and bars all within a 10 minute walk. Can’t wait to come back.

The property is very modern, artsy, beautiful perfume scents is all around the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room are very beautify, modern and clean. Loved the hotel. One drawback, location is in business area and we went on Sunday, every thing was closed around the area. We visited the nearby museum.
