This property is located in one of the hidden gems of Milano: a quiet, green, unknown, small street. The street is abundant in food and drink options, both indoor and outdoor. The hotel is 2 min walk away from Lima metro station. The rooms are quite small but this downside is compensated by a great service. The reception guy, Gabi, even went to the great length of preparing us a packed breakfast as we were leaving the hotel early in the morning, well before the breakfast was served. He did it even though the hotel had no procedure defined for such cases. Overall, a great stay!

Would absolutely stay here again, offers everything you need while traveling. Breakfast buffet was great. Gabriel at the front desk was very helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations.

Nice hotel in Milan that is steps away from the Metro. Overall a nice hotel, but there was problems with the bathroom, where the towel heating rack would not turn off, and there was no hot water in the morning.

The room was clean, staff very helpful. Location was very good. There’s no AC after October 25 due to govt regulations, you open windows to cool off, Mrs. Mosquito and her friends come in without any invitation. Staff offered a fan. Otherwise it was good.

BREAKFAST. Outstanding. The service, selection and friendly atmosphere is the best we have received for breakfast during our trip. The Hotel itself is impeccably clean and very close to a Metro station, which made getting around so easy. All in all a GREAT experience. The front desk staff were also very helpful, cordial and tended to our every need.

Property is in a decent location. Plenty restaurants and shops around. Hotel, however wasn’t as good as it looked on pics. Upon arrival we found sheets ripped with holes and stains. Curtain was stained as well. We stayed for few nights and noticed sheets weren't even changed when we came back the following day. Walls between the room were thin, we could hear someone laugh and yell all night like he was next to me. Overall room was very small. I am 6’3” and Bed was small, my feet were hanging down, it definitely wasn't king size. Two small twin beds put together. Room is very small, you have about a foot or two to walk around the bed, I kept hitting myself on the sharp edge of the wall every time i was changing. Bathroom glass door was very small. Barely got in sideways. I am 250 lbs and I feel that bigger fellas wont be able to get inside the shower as the glass door is only about 12-15” wide. I would not recommend this hotel or this room.

Property is perfectly located near the main shopping street and surrounded by a load of restaurants and bars and a short walk to the subway to get to the city centre.

Great location and clean hotel. Staff ignores you like you don’t exist. Twice in 7 days room never got cleaned. This was complete opposite of previous stay in 2019. Returned because hotel and staff in 2019 was excellent.

Pros: location. About 100 meters from Lima station and two stops from the Duomo. Right off Buenos Aires shopping street and 8 minute walk to Milan Station. Staff at front desk and particularly breakfast staff were very friendly. Rooms weren’t huge but comfortable and well appointed. Cons: breakfast was pretty limited and no gym or restaurant. Overall a nice hotel in great location.

Generally the property was good and the staff helpful and kind. However with major electrical problems in my room....nothing was done for 24hrs. After being out all day there was no rectification and at 2300, we were offer another room. With toothbrush and PJs in hand we moved. This was ‘compensation’ for our unsafe and unoccupiable room. No satisfactory response from the hotel ...now one month later. EXTREMELY POOR!

We stayed here for one night before leaving Italy, the rooms are very clean and modern. Smaller but still enough room and the bed was comfortable. Really easy place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good stay.

A refreshing stay in a beautiful hotel
After staying in local Airbnb’s for a week and a half all over Italy we decided to look for a nice hotel that offered convenient amenities before boarding our flight back home. Hotel Napoleon delivered and then some! The bed was super comfortable, the design is sleek and modern, the shower felt great. They have a coffee/espresso machine in the room. Their luggage storage service was extremely useful. Check out is at 12PM which also helped. A nice bonus was finding out how much of a selection you get for their breakfast that’s included. They offered so much more than your typical “continental breakfast”. We’ll come back here when we travel back to Milano.
