The room was clean and comfortable. We chose this location because it was close to the airport we were flying out of. The staff was very attentive and they were a big help in selecting a close by restaurant and for making g arrangements for an early morning flight.

Good hotel
The hotel is perfect for a short business trip like mine. Everything was quick and efficient, the room is fine, and the breakfast was good. It is close to the airport and they have a free shuttle, so that is good.

simple but effective
A well located hotel for the Linate Airport, small but comfortable. Breakfast was simple but friendly, the room was clean, but the air conditioning noisy in the night, with only a single sheet on the bed I did not sleep well.

Satisfactory for a business trip
Overall it was ok, rooms a little dated and the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel is in an industrialised area so not much around, only other point of negativity is the fact the cleaner left my door open once she had finished cleaning, leaving my room open with personal belongings in, luckily everything was still there though when I returned. Overall the hotel served its purpose and was clean, and the restaurant at the front of hotel served a good variety of food.

Close to Linate Airport
Works well if you have an early morning flight from Linate airport. It has an airport transfer included in the room cost and the breakfast is also included. The hotel is a little old, it´s been a while since I had an actual key to open the room door, but the room is ok for short stays. There is not much to do around the hotel, luckily enough there is a restaurant to have dinner right behind the hotel, but thats it. The staff is friendly and will help you in whatever you need, but I wouldnt stay there for long periods of time.

Very nice hotel
We arrived in Linate-Milan airport in the middle of rush hours, the hotel staff sent the shuttle bus with a stated time and it arrived exactly on time. We had a very nice room on the 3rd floor and it was very quiet night. The next morning, we had a very nice breakfast buffet of fabulous food ranging from smoked/cured fish to ham and sausages, eggs cooked different styles, different cheeses and various pastry. We also requested shuttle bus for 8am, it was there waiting for us. Very nice hotel stay experience.

Great location!
Great location with a short 10 minute walk into town. The swim platforms are great places to sunbath and swim from and the pool is lovely! Favorite place was the restaurant just above the pool with stunning views of the bay.!

Very nice room, very helpful staff
We chose this hotel because of its convenience to Milan Linate airport and a very early morning departure. The staff was pleasant and helpful and as the hotel is not near any of the train stations, they provided a free shuttle to the subway lines which made it easy to get into downtown Milan. If you are planning to spend some time in Milan, you're probably better off staying closer to the city center, but for our 2-day stay, the property worked out just fine.

sparkling clean hotel
We were visiting relatives and this was the second time we've stayed at the Montini. It's.a bit far from town for tourists unless you have a car, but is accessible by metro to San Donato. Both times we've been there the hotel was filled with businessmen. It's sparkling clean and the staff were efficient, professional and pleasant. Great breakfast.

Good place to stay for an early morning flight out of Linate airport. In an industrial area. Found the only nearby restaurant, Columbus Bar and Grill for a good dinner. Only 3 to 5 minute walk.

Close to the airport, but very expensive
The hotel is about 15 mins away from LIN by car, and the complimentary shuttle is quite reliable. WiFi was surprisingly fast. No facilities at the hotel, there is a restaurant in the same building. Nothing in vicinity, though, just industrial area. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is supposed to start at 6:00 am, but in my case it was served at 5:45. The room was very expensive for a *** business. No coffee set in the room.

Great choice near Linate Airport
Stayed only one night before going back to France after a vacation in Northern Italy. The free airport shuttle helped out when we had to return a rental car there. They also had a free shuttle to the San Donato metro station to get to the train station early in the morning. Very nice family-run hotel for business travel. They spoke English and were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was beautifully set up and had many more choices than usual. We would stay again!

Very Remote Location
If you just want to get away from everything and everyone, maybe this place would be ideal. But if you need a close convenient landing or launching pad from Linate airport, Montini is ridiculously far if you don't have a car, and prepare to pay a fortune in taxi fare if youre coming there late at night. If you have a car, then no problem. The lobby is nice, modernly decorated and cheerful, but the room is dank and dingy, with worn out carpet. They do have a few nice details, that compensate for the remote location and "grandma's parlour" style room decor. There's assorted tea in the room and a BBC channel that has news in English. The complimentary breakfast is excellent, better than most of the nicer hotels offering an assortment of meats, cheeses, eggs, pastries, fruits, cereals and coffees. They also have a free shuttle to drive you to the airport that starts at 6, so if you have a super early flight...dont risk staying here. If youre just arriving and want aconve ient place to head right for bed, there are plenty of closer places, but this one will be at. least a 15 Euro taxi ride, if not more. They have a shuttle that picks you up, but you have to call them, and wait. They really should update the rooms. The bed was not super comfortable, and the pillows were like flat pancakes. The room in general was a bit lackluster, and not a great value for the premium price they charge.

Perfect for business or a night from the airport
I booked this hotel very last minute due to a late arrival at Milan Linate. It was just myself so the value was unbeatable. I called for a shuttle right after I got off the plane and he said he'd be there in 15 minutes. I got my bag and went back upstairs to meet him where he told me he would be and site enough, there he was waiting on me. He loadedy bags for me and was very nice and professional. It was about a 5-10 minute car ride to the hotel. It's located in a bit of an industrial area which was fine for what I needed. I got checked in right away and shown to my room. It is a quiet location and clean room. Very simple and good air conditioning. The shower was clean and no major complaints about the bathroom. I didn't feel gross being in there. The bed was typical of Europe. Not the plush American style but I knew what to expect :) The breakfast was a great time for me. A continental buffet served until 11am. The fridge had some drinks and small snacks that were included in the price which was awesome. Overall, I had a great experience with Montini and would definitely recommend for a stay in Milan. It's off the beaten touristy path and very clean. Thank you Montini for a good nights sleep.

Great Hotel for the price!
Great contemporary hotel 10 minutes from Linate Airport, with shuttle service .Free appetizers and drinks at Happy Hour. Wonderful buffet breakfast at 6 am. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great restaurant (only 1 close by) adjacent to hotel. Two drawbacks; in industrial area away from shops, restaurants, etc. and the AC was comfortable but not the "cool" temps we enjoy at home. Only stayed 1 night, but would definitely stay here again.

If you want to stay overnight to fly out of Linate, book this hotel. BTW, their breakfast is awesome. Don't miss it. It is not like stupid continental ones we get here in the US.

Very good hotel near Linate Airport
We were very happy with the room at Hotel Montini and with their overall service, breakfast, evening bar/food. Their pickup service at the airport and delivery is great. WiFi is strong in the lobby, but if you are on a higher floor it may not be as strong. You can print out your boarding pass on their computer/printer. Breakfast was outstanding. Overall, a very good place to stay when you fly in or out of Linate.

Convenient to airport
This was a very nice hotel with good desk help and a convenient shuttle to the airport. Bed was comfortable and room nice. Only one restaurant nearby which was adequate at best, but we were there only to be near the airport. Location sketchy. The morning shuttle service starts at 6 a.m., which was a little late for us and we barely made our 7:15 flight. Other than that, we were very satisfied.

Excellent customer service
We've been to a few hotels over the years but customer service in this hotel is next to none. Absolutely nothing we asked for was a bother for the staff who were very obliging. The hotel itself is in the middle of an industrial neighbourhood with no facilities nearby. However the hotel runs a complementary shuttle service to Linate airport and the nearest station, Don sanato station. They even drove our son who came to visit back to the station . The hotel lays on such a wide spread for breakfast and would accommodate requests. But as they only offer breakfast id recommend you eat in town before returning to the hotel or take a trip out for lunch and dinner - the hotel staff will drop and pick you from the station. The restaurant next door (not part of the hotel) serves adequate food , but in my view overpriced for the options on offer. In spite of the remote location of the hotel I'll recommend it and would gladly return there next time I'm in Italy.

Excellent hotel near Linate
We needed to stay overnight near Linate and this filled the bill very well. The pickup at the airport was efficient, the hotel was clean and welcoming (appetizers ready at the bar in the lobby), good beds, good shower, and superb breakfast. When we had an unexpected problem in the morning as we were hurrying to leave (the key broke off in the lock and we couldn't get into our room after breakfast), it was remedied very quickly and we made it to the airport with no problem. Excellent customer service. Looking forward to returning there.

Nice hotel, close enough for everything.
This is a great hotel for the money you spend. This is a 3 star hotel which is plenty if all you are going to do is sleep there at night and tour the city in the day. Very courteous staff that will do everything they can for you. Other than the delicious free breakfast, there is no other room service. However, the hotel is located right next to a very good restaurant. There are other restaurants located within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel has a shuttle as well. They can pick you up from the airport and will even use it to take you places located near by. They took me to the subway whenever i needed so that I may catch the metro to downtown Milan. Way cheaper than taking a taxi.

Excellent option for people that are entering or leaving Milan thru the secondary airport Linate. Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Free ride to and from airport. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.
