Great place!
Great place to stay! The bathroom was very small and when you shower it gets the whole place wet but that is pretty normal for europe in my experience. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Plenty of space in the room, more than I was expecting.

Just the ticket
Good service as we arrived very late from a delayed flight. Room was clean and all that we needed for a quick turnaround for a train. Nice and close to station and ideal for a very economical stop over

It is a great location. The building and facilities is older but you are paying less and you are not always in the room. So overall it’s not bad.

The rooms are 2 flights up spiral staircase but Donnato the manager helped us. The AC is very weak and the rooms are outdated. But the location is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Staff was nice. The room was large and clean. The lobby is small, and parts smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room had a small balcony overlooking a nothing-to-see courtyard. We left the french doors open overnight and smoke wafted through the window when the guy downstairs (or someone else?) was smoking (we were one floor above the reception desk). You do need to leave the key with the reception desk when you go out, and there is no safe in the room though. Overall the place was nice, but nothing to write home about.

The hotel was located near the central transportation station as well as very near a metro station, so convenient. The rooms were very clean and the staff helpful and friendly, with a snack bar for morning coffee—we were pleased with the accommodations.

Convenient hotel if you need a cheap place to stay, close to the train and airport. The shared bathroom was clean at all times, the room was also clean. Nothing fancy but did the job. The best was the front desk, super helpful and nice.

On the shopping street Corso Buenos Aires
Very convenient for the shopping area. Pizza, bar and Osteria next to the hotel, lovely staff. This is 4th time we are using this hotel and next time we will book it again :). It's very based, but on very convenient location, close to the central station, to the subway station Lima and for shopping.

Nice hotel in good location
The location of the hotel is very nice for shopping, just on Corso BuenosAires. The reception is 24h so it is possible to check in even late (we checked in at 21h). very nice and kind staff. This is our second time in this hotel and for our next trip if it is available we will book again.

Great value for money
Perfect choice for young couples. Very nice owner. Walkable to city center (approximate 3 km to the main cathedral ”Duomo”). Next to the main shopping street. Clean, free toiletries, flat screen TV, heating and cooling. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The location and price of this property are its best features. It is in a busy neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, shopping and easily-accessible transit. The hotel itself is VERY BASIC. Clean, spacious rooms, but no frills. The air conditioning is almost non-existent by North American standards. The staff are wonderful - very pleasant and welcoming.

Place was nice about 15min walk from train station. Only bad thing about hotel is no lift and spiral narrow staircase. So if heavy bags or older not very easy

Read the reviews and u can decided!!!
We didn’t know that was 1 start, we notice when arrive! 😂 Anyway, the picture from the entrance looks good but is with a mirror on the side so on the pic seems like is big! They don’t have elevators, so we have to go with 4 luggage up stair by ourselves, they don’t have AC!!!! The carpets are horribles and old!.... mr Angelo was the best helper ever!!

Hi, Thanks for the feedback. I agree with you about the carpets, we will buy new ones asap. About the elevator, is clearly written in the website that our hotel has only the stairs you saw in the pictures. We do have AC and it also works, you could have asked us to check the control in your room because maybe the previous guest turn it off. Best regards

Good location, not so good rooms
The staff that checked us in were lovely and friendly. The hotel is very close to central station which was great for us. Unfortunately the room was very disappointing. The floorboards creaked so loudly that it was impossible to walk around without waking the children up. The bathroom was separate which we were expecting, but this was just one room with one toilet and one shower. No towels provided so we couldn't shower anyway.

Thank you for having stayed in our hotel for the wooden floor. Unfortunately, it can happen to hear it creaking when it comes to the shower towels. You will have definitely booked a room with the shared bathroom so since there is no shower in the room the towels for the shower were not provided

Uncomfortable, sketchy, but convenient location
Good things:- Room had a balcony. Convenient location Bad things:- Room not clean. Towels not provided. Shared bathroom. Bed uncomfortable. Have to leave keys at reception if you are going out. Asked to leave luggage but was only offered a nook off a corridor. Although convenient the location is not a particularly pleasant neighbourhood.

in the room you booked there was everything we needed if there was no shower curtains, you know the room was off the rooms with the private bathroom they are provided The key of the rooms normally leave because if they are lost you have to pay. Thank you for having stayed with us

Budget accommodation. Far to most central sights
Very budget hotel. Good enough for the price paid. No elevator, narrow circular stairs up to rooms. Very old hotel, needs upgrades. Staff were nice. Very far walk to Duomo and centro historico sights.

Just ok, old building. Close to everything
Hotel staff are good. Close to resturant and train station. Easy to get taxi to go train station , and other common places under 15 euro. They make your room but they do not replace used bedsheet....or towel. Good for one night. Or if you dont care just sleep at night next day visit the places.I booked family room with them. When I arrived they said they do not have family room. They have us one kjng size bedsheet room. I accept it . I do not have time to get another hotel. They told me to cancel room later......for 1or 2 night is ok this hotel.

The hotel was a bit difficult to locate though we had google maps installed. The hotel is on the first floor and you have to carry your luggage through a spiral staircase which was really cumbersome. There was no lift, though the reception guy helped us carry one of our suitcases when checking-in. During check out there was no one to help us. No standard towels in room, only few small towels. The reception people were helpful but we had to ask for the wi-fi password, the location of the bathroom, about paying the bill and so on. We didn't feel welcome. The room was good though and clean, beds were very small.
