Have stayed at this hotel 7 times, each time we check in we're asked if it's our fist time. Rooms R large, beds comfortable but is getting a bit rundown. Missing cabinet door of bar, kept units light on constantly. It's the small things that begin to matter when the price is similar at other hotels in the same area.

Unique boutique type feel in the hotel. Spa located in the basement is a treat. Staff very respectful and attentive. Very fine experience.

Great Hotel/Great Location -staff /service dull

Pros: Location , great rooms and close to everything
Cons: Service is wholly lacking- making a cocktail was comical - a bellini caused difficulty!!!! An afternoon menu of cakes was left out the whole day!!!
Location: Great for the Duomo and shopping nearby - fantastic location
I really enjoyed this hotel for the brilliant location and good clean quirky rooms. The location is the key element. The 5 star status is let down by the 3 star service. Staff just not clued up on service. Ordering a simple cocktail at the bar was an effort, asking to see a menu from the restaurant rendered 3 staff incapable of finding a spare menu to peruse. The spa very good and the service good. Overall I would go here again only for the location, service could vastly improve across the board.

Very stylish in an Italian way

We arrived at the hotel very dishevelled after a 12 hour train trip and walked into the lobby full of designer outfit wearing beautiful people. Taking a shower in our room we managed to send water all over the floor of the bathroom and into the room. Our next door neighbour, a young fashionista tourist from Japan, seemed to spend all night walking over the hard floor of her room in her stiletto heels. Not a good start. But despite all this we actually enjoyed this hotel. Design over-the-top everywhere but this is in the heart of Milan. So you do need to up your game in what you wear. The spa facilities are jaw dropping. Exceptionally good breakfast (5 different types of milk!). The rooftop bar/snack bar has great views of the duomo. Excellent central location and the staff actually very pleasant and helpful after you get past their initial formality.

Meget bra og "fancy" hotel meget sentralt beliggende. Topp rom og andre fasiliteter som takterasse og SPA. Eneste negativ opplevelse er prising av "ekstratjenester" som f.eks shampo og såpe. Frokost til 35 euro er også i stiveste laget.
