A decent airport stay
We stayed here for one night because we needed to be by the airport. It worked out fine and I would stay again.

We pre booked a taxi with the hotel which never turned up and then we’re told to get a taxi from the airport but no one would take us. We eventually phoned the hotel back who managed to arrange a taxi but we were hanging around for over an hour at 2am

Great cozy stay
Our stay was great. Close to the airport which was so convenient. We had to leave at 4am however to get to the airport, and we were not able to reserve an uber or taxi and it took us 45 mintues to finally have one accept the drive and we barely made our flight. Not sure why a property so close to the airport does not have transportatin options. The person at the desk however worked hard to find us a ride and we are very grateful to him. I wish I would have caught his name. Other than this issue our stay was great!

Property was overbooked. Front desk told me they only saw one room reservation and not the 2nd room. When I offered to squeeze into a smaller room (double instead of triples) suddenly it was fine. The airport had a lot of flight cancellations so the area was overbooked. Staff tried to make calls to put us somewhere else but no availability. Did not offer us a discount or complimentary breakfast. Nothing in the hour we waited for them to organize how to place us. Hotel is clean but dated. You need to ask for everything like an electric kettle for your room. A/C wasn’t working - set to 23 C. We all showered (in the handicap room it was perfect) in the regular room shower was okay, and left the windows open to calm down the rooms. Okay for a night but check in as early as possible so no room issues.

they dont have a shuttle as advertised. Awful room
Even though they continue to advertise a shuttle, they dont have one and the cab fare to the airport is 30 euro. the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, no fridge, zero amenities, not even light bulbs in 2 lights. the metal shutters on the window dont open, so it is dark and gloomy.

Little gem near airport
This was a last minute booking due to our flight being delayed...so we were worried about where we were going to stay. We booked jet hotel within minutes and its a short distance from the malpensa airport. Hotel was lovely and clean and the rooms were simple but comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant and the staff were lovely and friendly!

Great place to stay
The stay was very pleasant. We got there a little early and they went a ahead and checked us in, no problem! The place is older but clean and the beds slept great! Perfect if you have an early flight. Do yourself a favor and catch the train to Verese! Perfect trip.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, lovely pool & gr8 food
This is a lovely family-run hotel near to Malpensa Airport (15 mins). Friendly and attentive staff. Nice pool. Great place to go to catch some sun, splash around a pool and get some reading done.

Family room with one bedroom and pair of bunk beds was great for our family of four. Some of the staff was grumpy and poorly trained but overall would recommend as a comfortable stop near MXP

Nice hotel close small shops
They spoke really good English at reception, alright breakast, few negatives were I was on the 5th floor and area where reception smelling of cagarate smoking. Bathroom was really nice only thing was 1 or 2 hairs in the bathtub. Positively shops are near by.

Great restaurant next door!
Friendliest hotel staff! Hotel is a bit tired and the beds aren't that comfortable. Hotel has a shuttle bus to act as a taxi for you - awesome! Didn't see many other hotels in the area.

Stop by to Malpensa
I stop by this hotel to try to spend half a day in Milan center but it was so complicated to reach milan and pick up the suitcases again to reach to malpensa airport on time that we just stayed in the hotel. Poor logistics from us but the hotel is nice, the room just perfect.m and the staff very nice.

Not close to airport!!
This hotel was advertised as close to Malpenza airport. But was actually quite a distance. It was advertised to have a free shuttle, not really true either. Only early am for 3 times. You have to take a cab for a fee any other time. Not the spot we expected at all!!

Don't expect a good night sleep
Great Location staff very unfriendly. Parking was good but the biggest issue is the sound of the lifts banging ALL night and day long. Worst sleep me and partner have had in a hotel. The hotel has had work done so all looks great inside and the room was nice just the lifts are very old. Hotel Receptionist tried to tell me nobody has ever complained but its impossible not to hear the loud banging of lift floors and old lift machinery 24/7.

the nicest hotel ever!
The front desk were so nice and accommodating,we left an I pad in the hotel and they kept it for us,they let us wait in the lobby and make us so comfortable,he even helped us with our baggage,I will recommend it to my friend and stay there again in case I go back to Italy!

Hotel was fine, but the advertising gave the impression it was closer to the airport. Taxi expense was so much that it's worth the difference to stay at the airport hotel.

Great place for solo stay
The hotel was a great nice place. Not far from the train about 10 mins and you can either walk or take the bus. The staff was very very friendly and lot shoot smiles and help me with anything I needed. Would go again
