“Dark dungeon”

Room was extremely tiny and cramped.. Had nowhere to put luggage, it was so small.. Very dark and miserable looking.. The shower recess did not have proper drainage so water was filling up and you stood in ankle high water... Walls so thin you could hear the people in the next room.. Very noisy!! Th window shutters where extremely noisy as well... The saving grace was the restaurant next door.. Very good food with great ambience. Did not rate the hotel at all..

“comfortable airport hotel”

The experience we had at the hotel was colored by a bad "first impression", but the quality of the hotel was pleasantly satisfying. The big negative which affected our attitude towards the whole stay involved the free airport shuttle. When we called from the airport to be picked up, we were told that the shuttle only ran for a limited 3 hours or so in the early mornings, but not at all after about 9am. So we had to arrange a taxi that had an agreement with the hotel for transportation. The cost was almost $35 for a ride just a few miles to the hotel. The shuttle was provided the next am for the trip to the hotel, and was a comfortable short ride on their fixed schedule. The hotel itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. While each room had a laptop with wi-fi, the cost was an additional 8 euro. Breakfast was available, but was at an additional cost for the rooms that we had selected. For a stop over for a flight early in the morning, this hotel is a good choice. But be aware of the additional cost of arranging transportation for the trip to the hotel; with that as an added cost, there may well be better choices for a stay near the airport.

“Great hotel on the outskirts of Milan, ideal for a relaxing short vacation with access to Milan and”

The hotel is located close to the airport and is approx 30 mins from Milan, Gallarate is a quiet small town offering a good traditional feel for an Italian visit with less hussle and bussle you would find in Milan. The staff were fairly friendly but not very flexible, we were not allowed friends to visit us at the hotel. The pool area is newly refurbished offering good clean facilities and a peaceful surrounding. Hotel rooms were clean well equiped and in good condition. The restaurant accross the road offers excellent fish food at value for money.

“Not a 4 star hotel.”

Very small room. Heard conversations from neighboring rooms in the wee hours. Convenient to Malpensa Airport. But a 2 star facility.

“This hotel is not recommended!”

very old building out of nowhere...did not feel safe! advertized as 4 stars in my opinion it should not be rated at all...

“Depressing location”

We selected this hotel since it was near the airport and was rated a 4 star. It was not a 4 star. Hotel was located in a very depressing neighborhood with vacant run down apts. Hotel itself was very dark. We did not want to be walking around after dark in this area.
