Arrived late in the night, after an unexpected turn of events at the end of a two week trip. Hotel was just what I needed, an inexpensive bed and shower before a flight back to the states. They offer a free shuttle to the airport. Not a luxury property by any stretch, but gets the job done if you have an early flight.

Perfect for the night before our early morning flight and close to the airport. We got a free transfer included with our hotel booking which saved us a few euros. Room was extremely hot and had no A/C but we survived with the window open through the night. Thank you for excellent reception service

a comfortable stay
A comfortable stay, however the promise of a shuttle from the airport was not available. Fortunately I had 40 euros to pay for a taxi. The phone number given for the property was the wrong number.

Search parameters were travel date of Oct 17th thru Nov 30th, 2 adults, 2 twin beds and 2 nights, Oct 18th & 19th. Searched many properties on Orbitz and search parameters stayed the same. I decided on Aer Hotel Malpensa and continued with booking. Unfortunately while reviewing my confirmed booking, it was clearly in error as it was for 1 person on Oct 17th (I would still be in California!) I immediately contacted Orbitz and they emailed me saying AHM will not waive the 17th in lieu 2 persons, 2 twin beds and two nights 18th and 19th. Their customer relations can and will deter guests, with this ungraciousness. Best of luck them.

Smell bad. Surrounding with cow and odours. Poor Cleaning -shower, floor,etc,. Just one sheet bed over mattress. But the quality go with the price… Service was good.

The hotel was perfect for a short stay right before going to the airport. The shuttle to the airport was so convenient! Limited food options around but there was a restaurant a short walk away and the option to have food delivered.

Great customer service. Super front desk. Nice little bar area. This is a old properly but clean. The room was good for 1 night. The shower needs a bit of cleaning. Airport transfer was worth the stay.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per il servizio di navetta gratuita incluso. La navetta è attiva fino a mezzanotte e prima di prenotare avevamo chiamato l’hotel e ci avevano assicurato che ci avrebbero aspettato in caso di ritardo. Il nostro volo è atterrato alle 23.30 e il tempo di ritirare i bagagli siamo uscite dall’aeroporto alle 00.05 ma la navetta non ci ha aspettato nemmeno per cinque minuti, lasciandoci a piedi e costringendoci a pagare 50€ di taxi per arrivare all’hotel. Per non parlare poi della scortesia del personale, che oltre a parlare in modo poco comprensibile, non si è nemmeno scusato per il disagio causato. Le camere lasciano molto a desiderare e non sono insonorizzate perché si sente ogni rumore proveniente dal corridoio e dalle stanze vicine, svegliandoti ripetutamente durante la notte.

Very grateful to the staff at Aer Hotel. My flight was delayed and came in after midnight, the last shuttle to the hotel was midnight and the driver waited until I landed to pick me up. So kind of them! Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and my stay was very pleasant. Thank you!!

This was bare bones. With ants on the floor. Not well lit, no tv, and an odd layout. Van drivers that picked us up at the airport and took us back in the morning were very nice! We waited only 10 minutes at most for the van at the airport about 10 at night! I don't know that I'd stay there again, but it was a place to stay close to the airport with transportation...

Great typical Italian feel to it. Defo need car. But amazing airport transfer. Clean. And good price for being by airport. Big supermarket near by and lovely swimming place on river near by. Service was great too

Omg the hotel is ok clean ISH but there is NO AC!! and it was 94 f and when we stayed for the night no fan or even open the windows due to mosquitoes.. we didnt sleep at all come morning time shuttle to the airport was bad people were screaming at staf beacuse of lack of shuttle and there is no taxi or uber there. If u have an overnight layover just stay at the airport rather than missing your flight we were lucky we came down at 4am to be first in line for shuttle..

Staff was great, hotel shuttle was great. Breakfast was good at a good rate, no hot food though. Bar was fine, but no snacks or food. If you don't have a car, you can walk to a restaurant, but walking on the road with cars zooming close by and I wouldn't do it in the dark, no sidewalks. Property is older and the air conditioner was very weak. I don't know how well it would cool the room mid summer.

It was not close to the airport. The ride from the airport to the hotel was scary bc the driver drove fast and threw us all over the van. The outside of the hotel smelled like dead fish. The blankets smelled like smoke, and the water pressure was so high that the bathroom and floor were slippery. It was a miserable experience all around. Would not recommend.

Communication in Shuttle pickup and drop off was outstanding. Text messages were answered in a timely fashion. Osa at the front desk was professional and efficient. He went out of his way to get us situated after a late Checkin. He even was kind enough to help with ordering dinner. Because service like this is rate, I would easily recommend this hotel.

Great airport hotel
We had to spend around 36 hours at this hotel after our flight home from Malpensa was cancelled. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfortable. The free airport shuttle service was also a huge help.
