Had a fabulous time. Hotel is new and well kept, with good helpful pleasant staff always available. Check in and check out was super easy and the atmosphere puts you in the mood to relax and enjoy. Very close to Times Square but not in the heart of all the hustle and bustle.

Hatty who checked us in was superb went out of her way to help us explaing all.
Concierges were very knowledgeable and booked our trips and restaurants with no fuss.
All in all a terrific five nights and going back next year.

"Great checkin; reasonably priced; great bathroom"
We came in very early in the morning after an all night flight out of Los Angeles. The room clerk representatives at the front desk happily checked us in right away even though we were early. Room rate was very reasonable. The room was beautifully appointed, very clean and had a luxurious bathroom with a big soaking tub as well as a large glass shower. I was impressed.
Older hotel but my room was modern and clean. I was in room 206, right over the front entrance, and I was surprised how quiet it was. Almost no street noise and no noises from the rooms next to or above. Almost too quiet if that's possible. Water pressure in the shower was very strong with lots of hot water. Bed was very comfortable and the room was well organized. I joined the Frequent Stay club for free internet. Valet parking, if you have a car, will set you back $65 but I had to drive into town so it was a necessary evil. It's a short walk to Times Square or a quick cab to almost everything else. Easy to drive to the hotel and it to EWR through the Lincoln Tunnel. My corporate office is at 90 Park so this is the perfect hotel for me.
I surprised my wife with this trip, and was not disappointed in the cooperation that I received from The Muse. I let them know about her birthday, and they brought a bottle of champagne and some chocolates to the room the first night.
The check in process was easy, and can actually be done online to make it even simpler. Any questions we had about the city were answered from a genuinely interested standpoint, rather than the canned answers you get from so many other hotels.
