the room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. the hot water faucet on the sink didnt work well and didnt give much hot or pressure and the ipod attachment on the alarm clock didnt work, but overall it was a lovely stay. the steakhouse inside the hotel was great with awesome service though a little pricey. we were on the 14th floor. the housekeeping staff was efficient and timely. the counter staff was great and the check-in was speedy.
Could not fault this hotel. Very clean. Helpful staff. Tasty bagels, muffins, yoghurt, cereal for breakfast. Unlimited tea and coffee 24 hours/day. Good central mid town position. New York hotels are pricey. This one is top end price for three star, but very good.
Great experience at the Park South. We stayed 2 comfortable nights where the rooms were nicely appointed. It was close to where we needed to be and for us within walking distance of Times Square and Grand Central Station. Staff were excellent. They were very friendly, helpful and quick to fulfill our requests. Although they are undergoing renovations we did not let that detour from our experience. We would definitely return in the future and look forward to seeing the hotel with the renos finished.
