“Not too pleased”

I did not care for this particular hotel. Mildew smell and no refridge or microwave for the price.

“Irresponsible Hotel Staff”

Once I got my room, I was using the restroom when another guest walked into my room and he was upset and hostile because I was in his room. The front desk accidently assinged us the same room. I was scared and terrified after that and I was afraid to leave my belongings in my room because I felt unsafe. And all I recieved was a fake "sorry". To top it off, the bed sheets were dirty and had a mucus stain.

“Friendly staff”

The hotel is located on Miami lakes which is a good distance from the airport. I would suggest renting a car to come to this location. There is plenty of parking and close to the freeways. The hotel is quiet and has a very friendly staff. The rooms are a good size but did lack some items such as in room fridge and microwave.

Getting there

Taking a cab around gets very expensive in Miami. It's cheaper to rent a car and go around. There is plenty of parking just about everywhere that we went and that was even on crazy Black Friday (day after Thanksgivings.)
