“Not impressed”

We arrived at the hotel in July 2009 and I was not impressed my the manager on reception he was rude and un-helpful. We went into our room and was greeted with a terrible smell. I asked to change rooms and the next was much better. The location of the hotel was good as it was right on the beach but appart from that there wasn't much else going for it.The noise at night was very loud and when I complained again the manager on reception did not care. We was supposed to stay for 4 nights but on the 3rd the noise was so bad we left the following morning. I would tell anyone who is looking to stay NOT to...unless you don't mind been awake until the early hours of the morning and swimming in a dirty pool.
