“Great location”
Clean and smart hotel very close to the beach.
“Superb Staff-extremely welcoming and helpful!”
We were SO pleased with the Staff at the Townhouse... We arrived etremely early on a red eye and they attempted (and succeeded) in getting us into a room early. All of the staff were really warm and helpful in every way. Lovbed the breakfast, location 2 blocks from beach... Simple, clean and a great value for the money. Going back in Jan and plan to stay again!
“Close to conference center”
Convenient location, close to beach and convention center. Room was good size, amenities good. Could have used a small sofa or chair to sit in. Would stay here again when in Miami Beach.
“Close to the beach”
Nice hotel, close to the beach and quieter than on Ocean Drive. 15 min. walk beach or Collins Ave. Room 201 suffers from outside sounds (hotel airco?) and can be irritating at night when you can't sleep. Breakfast was good, valet parking was good (USD 25 - 24h) people helpful.
“Townhouse is ok”
Hotel is kinda small compared to some of the others on Collins in Miami Beach. Very modern and white, small beds, thin walls. The lounge in the basement is ok but you don't want a room on the first floor or you will hear the music all night. The staff is nice, and we got to move to a higher floor but you can still hear your neighbors. The breakfast was ok, hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, and croissants with coffee and orange juice is what they call Parisienne style. I've been to Paris and they also give you fruit, cold cuts and of course cheese choices, but ok whatever. At the time that we stayed at Townhouse the electronic key cards kept malfunctioning and we wound up with six cards after staying three nights. Overall the hotel is ok for the price and location, especially if you don't plan on being in your room very much.
“Good Value”
No frill, but with all required basics for a comfortable stay. Convenient location, good access to the beach, shopping district and restaurant. 24 hour guest access to the kitchen for basics such as hot water, coffee, basic snacks is a nice feature.

“Great but.......”
Great place to stay and great location but the roof top bar never opened when we were there
“Would definitely stay here again”
close to the beach and walking distance to ocean drive.
“OOOPS, won't stay here again!!!”
Not a good experience if you intend to stay in Miami for more than one night. Hotel staff was unhelpful/rude when it came to choosing something other than their pricey valet parking. The chic aura the tried to maintain was let down by the front desk when I asked questions about billing things my debit card. We weren't at all happy about the room either, thank goodness it was a one night stay. After dinner I go down to make myself tea in this dingy dark backroom, and as I am looking for some sugar I inadvertently open a refrigerated door with dozens of who knows how old hardboiled eggs...I shriek!! Turns out my fiancee is stomach sick after breakfast next morning, no he didn't eat the hardboiled eggs...There are many better hotels in the deco district to pick from.
