“Best room and pool!”

We went to Art Basel and Hotel is just in the middle of everything! Very pleased with the room- spaceous and clean. Great Coffee shop, just outside of the hotel. And Pool- amazing!!!! On the roof, so you can see view of the city!

“Not Impressed”

“Great Hotel”

this was the last hotel in our mini tour of Florida and was the best by far but also the most expensive by far. All staff very helpful and pool area lovely but do note the sun goes in at 2.30pm behind the hotel. But you can then move to the rooftop pool but space is at a bit of a premium up their.. All in all great hotel and will definately be coming back.

“Excellent hotel !!!”

It was second time I stayed at this hotel and both times we had pleasant experience . Everybody is very helpfull. Pool, overlooking the ocean is my favorite. Food and drinks at the pool cafe were good. We loved Wallgreens pharmacy acros the street for snacks. Can't wait to go back !!!

“My iphone was stollen at the pool”

Altough the hotel is fine, the service couldn't have been worst. My iphone was stollen from my belongings while i went to the pool for a dive! The hotel did absolutely nothing to find the responsable and couldn't care less! We strongly believe it was a staff member himself who took it

“Superb Hotel”

We booked this hotel on the recomendation of Expedian contact, It was beyond our expectations. The room wa huge, very nicely decorated and the bathroom superb. The service from all the staff great.

My daughter and myself have to comply to a strick Gluten Free Diet, we discovered the restauraunt called SPRIS in Linoln Road Mall, I had the best Gluet Free Pizza I have ever eaten, their sister restaurant two doors down had Gluten Free pasta, they were very attentive and gave great service. I would recomend this restaurant to anyone weather they need a Glutan Free diet or not.

“Miami's hottest hotel”

I loved this hotel...as soon as the taxi pulled up, the doorman was right there to help me with my bags.. Because I arrived early, my room was not ready, but the concierge told us that we could use the facilities in the meantime..the beach was awesome, except you have to pay $10 for a chair and $15 for an umbrella. The room was exquisite...with an ocean view from the balcony. I did not go to the rooftop club, I was told by other guest that the drinks range from 27- 50 each. I did go to the Walgreens across the street to buy water, beer and snacks to keep my costs down...but I do love the Gansevoort..
