“great location, clean, comfortable”

The hotel has a great location in South Beach. Walking distance from almost anything. The front desk people are glad to help you make arrangements for tours and excursions or get club tickets for you. The room was up-to-date and very clean. The hotel is located in a very active part of town, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is probably not for you. We had a great time and I would definitely stay there again!

“Cool place and GREAT location!”

This hotel was awesome! The staff was great, the rooms were nice and the location was perfect! Right next to the beach, great stores and of course the nightlife. And the front desk staff were very helpful in letting us know where to go since we were unfamiliar with the area. I would most definitely recommend this place to friends and family and hopefully can stay here again!

“Great value for location”

I was pleasantly surprised! The room was much cleaner, nicer and roomier than I expected based on the price. The room amenities looked fairly new - TV, microwave, full size fridge, etc. It is an excellent location, just a block from the beach. I've stayed at many low-budget hotels along South Beach and this one was by far the best.

“Good facilities very very close to South Beach”

We stayed here for three nights. It was an excellent location, less than 2 mins from South Beach but without all the noise, bars and restaurants next door while you want to sleep! The room had really good facilities with a full size fridge, microwave and coffee maker. You'll need your own coffee filters though. And the room was very big. The hotel staff were very helpful. We had a problem with our hire car just after we checked out and they let us use the office phone and print out maps to a nearby garage. This was greatly appreciated.

“Great location”

The Suites on South Beach were very well located for us. We went there after finishing a cruise and it was only a few kilometres from the port. It was also only 5 minutes walk from the beach, close to restaurants, post office and supermarkets, about 10 minutes from Lincoln Mall, and not too far from the airport. It was an older building but clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful . We got picked up at the apartment for our Everglades and Key West Excursions which was very convenient.

“Stay at your own risk!!!!”

I shared a room at this location with two other female friends during Memorial Day weekend 2011. During the first night of our stay our room door was pushed in an money was taken out of each of our wallets. The hotel did absolutely nothing to compensate us for this however they were able to pull the video to find that there was another guest responsible for the theft at which time I had to force the hotel to contact the police to make an arrest. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! not only for lack of safety and security but for blaming your guest when they become victims of a theft which occurred on their property-which was caught on tape with no compensation. Further-the rooms pictured on expedia is not what you receive. Please be very weary when selecting this hotel.

“I was impressed and satisfied”

Of course from the outside i immediately thought that it would be a dump, but our room was wonderful. it was clean and spacious. our first room., we had problems with the fridge and they quickly switched us to another room where everything was working and there was no issue. i would stay there again if i go back. it is right in the middle of everything.

“Purrfect”

This hotel was great and the room was very nice. Very clean & quiet for sleeping. What you read is what you get. I looked at other hotels costing much more and they were nowhere near as good,

“Great time's with my boyfriend and toddler”

The hotel was awesome!! Walking distance to everywhere because we were central of everything as in restaurants, spa's, Miami Ink (Love Hate), Gelato ice cream, great shopping on collins ave... We were close to Dash Miami (the kardashians) Wal greens and cvs was near by... Loncoln Road outdoor malll was 4 blocks away with an amazing theatre. The walk was always great because we were so close to everything. Subway was right next to the hotel the people were nice but got to watch the guy he will rip you off with the tour people got to watch that, its easier to take a transit bus then paying $90 for a ride... but overall this hotel was great for me n my family we had 2 rude awakenings on a thursday n friday from drunken young guys but the rest of our week was good n no disturbance!
