“One of the better hotels in Miami”

It was a very help hotel. I wanted to find out where the catholic churdh was and the driver found out and let me know the mass schedule and then they provided transportation any where we needed to go. Great hotel.

“Pleasant overnight stay”

I had to stay overnight in Miami for a long connection the next morning. The hotel shuttle to and from the airport was very nice, however, there was a bit of miscommunication regarding the pick-up spot. But nothing that ruined my stay. The staff was very friendly and even offered to take me to the nearest gas station to buy phone cards in order to make international calls. You can ask for other delivery menus at the front desk if you don't want to go out to eat. The staff was excellent. The continental breakfast had a very nice selection and because of that it was somewhat crowded. The room was very clean. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

“Springhill Suites (Marriott Hotel) Miami”

Hotel room was lovely and large (even though this was for a single person). Large king size bed, very clean. Overlooked the lake which was lovely. Fridge in the section of the room which had a lovely large settee in, also included a TV. Good continental breakfast with a selection of choices (bagels, yoghurt, fruit, cereal). Shuttle service that took you from and to the airport (just call them) - even took me to a place for food and the chemist - very good. Need a car though if you really want to get about otherwise reliant on shuttle and then on to public service to get to the beaches. Staff helpful. Certainly recommend the Marriotts - been to 3 so far and have enjoyed them all including this one. Value for money holiday

The hotel is very nice, clean and the staff is really friendly. We find it to be very convenient and close to almost everything we needed to do. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. What I liked the most is I found enough food options in their breakfast bar to avoid my food allergies for them. The onyl thing... I wish they didn't use that much plastic to serve food but that's me being concerned about the environment. Overall, very good value for money!

“NICE AND QUITE NEW REMODLED ROOMS”

They remodled the rooms and put in Flat Sceen TV and it has alway been a great place to stay. I have stayed there an average of 2wks a year and the service and staff have always been great.

“Cruise 2011”

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a while. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was pretty clean. I would definitely stay here again when we cruise again! The cruise pkg was awesome!
