“I would go back in a heart beat!”

My stay was amazing! I had an amazing ocean view with an amazing room that included a huge bed only because of the nicest guy (Jose) that worked at the front desk. He hooked me up! I would rate customer service a 5 out of 5. Outstanding night!

“Great Trip”

The hotel was a was above average in price but it was in a great location right next to the beach. Not in the heart of South Beach, but close enough to enjoy the night life and movement of South Beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a great experience and will go back to stay in that hotel.

“Awesome Stay”

This hotel was wonderful beautiful lobby, with a great bar and an awesome bartender named Alex, Thanks Alex for a great time! We had no problems with anything or anyone at the hotel. If i were to go back to Miami I would definitley stay there again. Thanks for a great stay!

“Great stay”

The hotel crew were friendly and helpful. Room was ok, with a balcony and great view to the Ocean. Pool and it's area are beautiful, and beach acess perfect. Breakfest great, but a little expensive (U$ 15,00)... but with lots of options of food. Parking is not so easy, so expend good money on street parking machines.

“value for money”

Very friendly staff. Nice surroundings. Pleasant pool area, with beach access. Our room was very noisy (10th floor - lot of ventilation noise) and had a view on the roof... With our cheap expedia rate, we were not expecting an oceanview suite, but this was disappointing. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean.

“Nice, But old!!”

Hotel is OK for the price. Swimming pool & Grounds Very nice. Rooms need to be updated(Example Old Furnature, Tube TV).Otherwise OK. You get what you pay for.

“Regular customers”

Every year my family and I go to Miami, and we always go to Riu. Good location, cheap valet parking ($18 per day). Next to the beach, nice pool. Free Internet on the lobby and paid on your room.
