“Needs a reno”
Hotel is in need of an upgrade, rooms are old and need to be repainted, new carpet needed, doors are hard to shut. For the price we paid, I would not go back.
“ok”
ok
“It's a 4 of 5 stars”
The decor of the room was weird, part southern, part cheap modern. Plenty of closet space, They had pretty much no blankets available -weird. Bathroom and powder/get ready areas were plentiful. Pool staff were extremely friendly, barstaff -not so great-they took forever to ask us if we wanted any food/drink and there were not busy( 4 people outside). Drinks-delicious. No drinking by the jacuzzi. Front desk staff-friendly and helpful, but only had one person out there at like 1130 am-weird. Easy checkout. People kept slipping flyers under our door, then some menu options were not available-don't know if I can fault them for this. Breakfast buffet-delicious $17-and very friendly/prompt service. Bellstaff-very courteous/helpful/prompt.
“Good experince overall”
Good exp, my wife and I went for our first trip to Miami and obviously, this was the first hotel we stayed in there. Had a good exp, staff was nice, service was just like any other hotel. They call it a resort, but its actually not. There's only Valet parking available which is $25 / night. And breakfast is not included with your stay. Be careful if you're thinking its complimentary. Although, it was worth paying for the breakfast. Would love to go back for a discounted rate and included breakfast with free parking... :)
“hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.”
We enjoyed our stay. The beach was very nice. The only problem was that you have to take a cab or the bus to any place to shop or eat, other than eating in the hotel.
“Good place, good zone”
A very good holel, witn a very good view and location. ROoms where clean, service was good. I definitive recommend this hotel
“not great”
I think the hotel needs to be renovated. It look as if it hasn't been taking care for a while. I was not impressed.
“Soso”
It's very old hotel, amenities are very poor though, location is good. Up to the price and situation.
“You get what you pay for”
I was a bit afraid of all the negative reviews this hotel gets, but I was attracted by the price. I didn't have a problem with the valet parking, actually the hotel provided a $75 dollar credit on the account as a promotion and since we stayed three nights that pretty much paid for the valet parking ($25 per day). The room is not spectacular but is neat and the view is nice (we had a bay view). We asked for a king size bed but we got a double bedroom, we didn't mind too much though we were offered to be moved to a king size bedroom the following day. Since the view was nice as it was a corner bedroom we ended up staying at the room we were provided. The pool and the beach are nice, and pretty quiet the days we stayed there (November 18-21). Hotel service was good, nothing extraordinary but good and no complaints. I guess the only true thing about the reviews is that the rooms are a bit old and the beds are as well, but you get what you paid for. No complaints overall, had a nice time at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone who is not going to spend a lot of time at the hotel, afterall its in Miami Beach so there is plenty to do outside!
“lonely hotel”
I went here with my wife on Thanksgiving. The hotel was generally average, but the facilities was not good. THe bath and toilet was a little old. The atmosphere of the hotel was a little bit dark. No people in lounge and little restaurant in the hotel. I felt lonely and the place was far from the center of the Miami beach. However, the staffs in this hotel was good and I felt hospitality from the person in the counter and the parking. I think the problems are not from the staffs, but the facilities and location.
