“Great Hotel”

The 8 person apartment we had for our family of 4 was exceptionally clean,comfortable and well equpped.The staff were all pleasant and could not do enough to help us have a great holiday.Only slight negative was the hotel is located near to Miami International Airport and on a flight path,therefore expect some aircraft noise ,but not significant to stop us staying here again if we visit Miami.

“Second time at this great place”

The villas are spacious and fully equipped. The activities organised by the extremely helpful staff are plentiful. This is our second time here and I can say that my three children age 14, 11 and 5 all loved it. I would certainly return if the flights were not so expensive. The Marriott Golf resort is easily accessible acroos the road if required. There are plenty of good Malls and great places to eat within the vicinity and South beach is a 20 minutew drive away. A car is a necessity. The airport is very close and for this reason it is a very convenieny location. The everglades, marco Island, the Keys and Palm Beach are a short drive away. We love it.

Area recommendations

Coral gables has great shops and Restaurants, Bayside is a fun spot for bars, boat trips, Jet skiis, restaurants and shops, South beach is a fun arts deco area with must see bars and restaurants, The shops at Bal Harbour .....WOW....and Key Biscayne to name but a few great areas to visit.

“Close to the Bule Monster PGA glof course”

“We’ll be going back!”

This is our first visit to this hotel and It was wonderful, and we can’t wait to return! We arrived and the staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel is perfectly if you have your own car. The pool was great (cool & clean) with many in-house activities such as movie night by the pool. Beds were very comfy. However, do not skip housekeeping cleaning because they may not come back. We called the front desk and no one came to do our room later. The rooms were very spacious. Great for families with kids…3 tv’s  Had access to grills! And this was a plus since my husband loveeesss to to grill. All in all, better than expected .Lots of things for a GREAT price. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. And we’ll definitely be going back

“AWESOME! Will always stay here when visiting Miami!”

My first impression with this hotel was just Awesome! From checking in to checking out. Check in time was 3PM, we arrived 8AM...I wanted to check to see if maybe they would have our room ready and to my surprise... they did! When I first open the door...I was in AWE! This hotel had all the features anybody would need...first off...we had a 2-bedroom villa and the bedrooms were huge, we were a party of 7 and we slept very comfortably and did not felt cramped at anytime at all. I cannot believe the cleanliness of this hotel, I actually looked for any flaws they were hiding and found none. The full kitchen was very impressive, it had everything you need to cook complete meals, to my surprise...there was even a washer&dryer in our villa! The master bedroom was HUGE! In it...it had a soaker tub, a very large shower and a very comfortable king size bed. The first thing my wife said to me was "WOW! How much did you pay for all this?" Our room had the view of the nice heated pool and lake from our balcony. We also had 2 full bathrooms which was nice when everyone needed to shower before we all head out to do things. All 3 rooms had a flat screen T.V. Everyone enjoyed this hotel and we all agreed that this is where we are going to stay everytime we take a cruise that ports of Miami. This is a WONDERFUL place to stay especially if you are a big family with young children. Check out time was easy...it only took 1 phone call to front desk. I would recommend car if your visiting Miami.

Getting around

I recommend renting a car with a GPS, it makes alot easier getting around Miami. And in the long run...it is so much cheaper that taking a taxi.

Must see

Definitely should go to the MetroZoo and South Beach!
