“Close to cruise ships and airport,”
Room service poor - unresponsive; hallways not regularly vacuumed (littered and dirty). Evening staff poor, day staff were great.
“Customer Service is not their friend.”
We had an issue with our car which had been valet parked by the staff. They not only didn't want to accept responsiblity, they pretty much made us feel as though it was our fault. I would not stay there again.
“Would recommend”
Hotel was very pretty, staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean bed was comfortable and nice view from balcony
“Pretty good for business travel.”
Not a bad place to stay at all. Was in town for a conference at another location, and found this hotel to be pretty centrally located. While there are really no attractions or restaurants/bars w/i the general vacinity, it is typically only a ten min bus ride to almost everywhere including Miami/South Beach. Spectacular views and friendly staff. Overall, I have stayed at better and definitely stayed at a lot worse. For the price, not too bad. Would certainly use this hotel again.
“Modern budget option”
Nice recently renovated hotel with large comfortable rooms, big flat screen, air conditioned, nice lobby with free wifi (no wifi in room - only wired for a large fee), shops next to lobby but not much else nearby, shuttle to south beach 4 times a day or taxi are your only options to go exploring. No fridge in room, small balcony.
“Marriott Biscayne Bay is Miami Nice!”
We loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby and renovations were beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
“very pleased”
nicely located - we stayed prior to going on a cruise. It was a great relaxing hotel with more than what we needed. Very helpful staff.
“Parking too expensive!”
Good service and comfort, but the extra services are too expensive (internet 13 USD per day, parking 30 USD per day). So, don't illuse yourself with the actractive rates of this hotel, they include only the basics.
“if you stay here and cant get a port side room go some where else....”
When staying at this hotel if you can not get a port side room there is really no need to stay here ......... BUT if you can get a port side trust me it is worth the extra money!!! It is a BEAUTIFUL view..........
“Lovely hotel”
I was very pleased with this hotel. As close to a 5 star as you can get without the cost. Our room was taken care of promptly every day. All the staff was very attentive and friendly. I would definitely go back again.
