“Worst Hotel I ever stayed in.”
The first room we were given, smelled so bad of mold, we could not stand the smell. We went to the desk and they gave us a new room. We stayed that night in the room, but decided we could not stay another night in that room. The lamp was broken and rusted. The bed had old fashion springs, that made the bed very unfortable. My husband woke up with bites all over his legs. It may have been bed bugs. We decieded to leave, even though we payed for the next night on Expida.
The customer service person on Expedia was great. He called the hotel, while I held on the phone, and had the manager call me. The manager and a staff member came into our room and did not think that the bed had bed bugs. They told my husband that it was mosquito bites. I slept in the other bed and did not have any. They asked us to stay, and offered us a better room. It did not smell as bad, so we stayed. The sink in that bath room, was broken. My husband had to go under the sink and release the drain, so we could use it. The bath tub had hair in the drain and a piece of a shower cap, clogging the drain. The dial on the tub was broken. One of the lamps in the room was also broken. We had to use valet parking, because they did not have any parking area. It cost $18.00 a day to use it.
It was a disaster hotel. Don't waste your money on this hotel!

Our management team is disappointed to learn that you had encountered some
challenges during your stay. After hearing about your concerns, our
housekeeping department requested that the room be put out of order, the
exterminator was called in and they reported that they could find no
evidence of bed bugs in the room.
A list of your finding was given to the maintenance department to launch a
thorough examination to find and correct the problems listed in the room to
which you were relocated. The resort does not have self parking, our daily
valet fee of $18 is listed on the web, and you may have overlooked this.
Every guest's comfort is important to us and we apologize for the
inconvenience; we value your feedback and hope you appreciate our efforts in
handling your concerns.
