“very poor Experience”
...first of all: clean the carpets or better built a completely new building!
“Fabulous”
We really felt like royalty! It was a fantastic experience.
“Great Hotel Staff, very accomodating!”
I was very pleased with our stay and the staff was very servant oriented, very willing to make our experience a happy one.
“Virginia Vacationers”
We love the Loew's on Miami Beach. The service is excellent, the room is extremely clean, the beds are comfortable, the food is great, the drinks are awesome, and the view is amazing! We can't wait to go back!
“Best Hotel Stay Ever”
My husband and I went to Miami for our 9 yr anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Loews. It was the best hotel stay experience we have ever had! I have already started referring others and we plan to make that where we stay when we are in Miami!
“Will definitely consider Loews again next year.”
We go every year to Miami Beach for Thanksgiving. I grew up there. We stay at a different hotel in South Beach or near Lincoln Road. We pick a different hotel each year because we have not been happy with our choices (including the Ritz). But Loews has been great value--NY Times every day, very helpful concierge, great location, nice rooms, beautiful lobby and pool, etc. I have no criticisms whatsoever which is rare for me.
“Ok Hotel in good location”
This is a pretty good hotel in SOBE. The location is the best feature. The rooms are bland. The pool area is very small relative to the # of rooms. Expedia allows one to book a king room and suggests a balcony but what you get I heard is double room w/o balcony. The hotel employees know this but they blame expedia.
“Thanksgiving at the Loews”
Wonderful from the check-in to the check-out! Staff is super friendly-received a bottle of champagne to the room upon learning it was our anniversary. Room was upgraded automatically due to low volume that week. Plenty of storage in the room and amenities such as Keurig coffee maker.
“Wonderful experience”
Loews Miami is a beautiful hotel. We especially loved the outdoor pool and the jogging/walking/biking path right outside of the hotel gate. The staff does a great job of making every guest feel welcome. The proximity to the beach and Lincoln Avenue with it's outdoor eateries is great.
“Best Hotel in South Beach”
Our stay of 8 nights was pure bliss. If you're looking for a resort style getaway in a city that also provides great nightlife and great restaurants, then this is it!!
