Somehow the rooms in reality did not match the ones in the photos of the hotel. Beds are uncomfortable and finishings are outdated and feels run down. Airconditioning unit is very loud. My room was next to the laundry and there was a VERY unpleasant smell hanging around. The whole hotel could do with a massive overhaul. I understand its a cheaper hotel but an refresh would do them great. Won’t book again.

The property is convenient to the airport and other locations we needed to visit. However, with no fridge/microwave in our room (room 426), that was an inconvenience. Also, very limited options for breakfast. The room was dirty-the floor, shower stall both needed to be cleaned on our arrival. The mattress were soft, sunken in the middle. Limited charging ports close to the beds and limited lighting-we had a blown lightbulb in the room. Not a great experience, will not be returning

Property is in really bad condition. I had to move to 3 different rooms while staying here. AC, Key system, toilets, no working right. Everything was very limited. I’ve always stayed in La Quinta Inn hotels and they have always been great but this one was terrible. Needs too many updates. Staff was nice, except for the older lady at the front desk which was full of excuse when problems arrived. I saw a lot of guests complaining at the front desk. I don’t recommend it

I didn't like the fact that it said it was a suit and it wasn't we didn't have towels in the room we didn't have soap in the room the room was dirty our sheets wasn't even clean.... We didn't have a fridge our TV didn't work we had trouble getting on the Wi-Fi the things that it said it came with wasn't true

Area was fine, close to the Port. We have stayed here before but this time our room was dirty and unsafe. Hairs on bathroom floor. Just plain old dirty walls, floors, tub. Very run down. Needs an overhaul for sure. There seemed to be mold on the ceiling, it was black. We got in late and had to leave extremely early, so I didn't talk to anyone about the issues but was planning to leave a message. We have just returned from our cruise and some things need to be addressed, probably with the company itself. My son didn't tell us right away, but my son went to use the restroom in the lobby ( single bathroom) and said there was a gun sitting on the glass shelf. He went to tell the front desk person and they said, "oh no". The person up front, went to retrieve it. I am assuming that the gentleman was the Night clerk but I am shocked at the carelessness. Someone could have been very hurt or it could have been taken. Imagine if it was a younger child that found it. I wish I would have known sooner and could have reported it in person.

Really nice place to stay and the staff are all super lovely! If you do use a transport/food service make sure you do specify you're at this location because there are 3 or 4 other hotels in the area so It can be a little confusing.

I've stay at La Quinta several times, but this is the worst. Elevators doors don't work properly, beds are uncomfortable. The baseboard dirty and the breakfast was the worst ever.

This property is extremely outdated and dirty. The outlets in the room was a fire hazard and most of them did not work. The beds are old and sitting on rails so make sure you check for belongings under the bed. There was no sweeping or mopping of the rooms. The bathroom was dirty and shower was nasty. Will never return

We thought the hotel was filthy and rundown. Quality control and supervision are needed. They may feel that people will put up with it because it is in a great location if you need to catch an early flight - only 2 miles from the airport. We found hairs on our sheets, disgusting fingerprints on the light switches, and overall dirt everywhere; the grout on their tiles are black from dirt. Not what our experience had been in previous "La Quinta" hotels. The staff was polite, but they did not seem too concerned when we pointed out the bathroom condition. The gentleman at the front desk said they were calling someone to clean it, and the following morning, when we looked, it was still dirty. The driver that took us to the airport was very polite.

The door and keys are extremely unstable; Put the keys near any electronic and they immediately lose their access. Had to go redo our keys at least 3 times. Also, be prepared to Uber some food. The only food options nearby are a food truck or an extremely overpriced restaurant (20 dollars for a 12 inch pizza, 16 dollars for a Caesar salad!).
