“Good value”

We stayed in the Deluxe King room. The room was very spacious. We were disappointed to find that the room did not have a mini fridge or microwave. The ice maker on our floor (4th) looked like it had not worked in some time. We called the front desk twice for ice, and it was delivered immediately. No wifi, but there was a single ethernet connection, which worked fine. The bathroom was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The loveseat was a nice touch and good for watching t.v....watching t.v. from the bed was not as good, due to the viewing distance, but not a big deal, Probably our biggest complaint aside from no mini fridge was the noise, the hotel is right next to the hotel, the first night we noticed lots of sirens, not so much on the second, and third, though the air conditioner is very loud, and ran almost contsantly. Overall a good value for the money.

“NASCAR Race Day”

This place is about 20 mins away from Homestead Speedway. We checked in late and all went smooth. The only issue we had was in the morning we went down and asked for extra towels. That never happened. Room was nice with extra space.

“A coat of paint would make a huge difference”

This hotel was ok. The beds were comfy and nice. Maintenance of the premises is not very good, some walls were peeling and a coat of paint is desperately needed.We had problems with the security box and called the front desk but they never solved it. Definitely take the breakfast option, it's a good one!

“My room was really big! Lots of space.”

Overall the hotel met my needs. The room was really big and comfortable. Outside the hotel was a little dark. Pool was clean but the hot tub was not working. The outside walkways could use to be powerwashed. Landscaping was beautiful. Atriums were designed nicely. Lobby was clean with a beautiful saltwater tank. Front desk service was friendly and helpful.

“Impressed”

Would definitely go back. Was very satisfied with the service and accommodations. Next time I would ask for a room closer to the main building....a bit of a walk for anyone handicapped or elderly.

“Kendall Next to Baptist Reasonably priced”

Very convenient to Baptist Hospital, where I was working for a week. Rooms are spacious and clean. Suite style rooms had a couch and dinette table but no refrigerator or microwave. Wired internet is slow but no additional cost. It did have tennis courts and a nice pool but the jacuzzi was broken. A reasonable room for the price. The expedia rate does not include the buffet breakfast but it is reasonably priced if you want it. There is a full service bar and restaurant, which is good because this part of Kendall is mostly residential with frew restuarants.

“Will go back when....”

The hotel is very good. The surrounding areas are very good too. Five (5) minutes walking to the hospital. The rooms are very comfortable and nice looking. The only but, is their free internet speed. Dial up speed, like the ones used 12 years ago. Very bad free wireless service.

“Its everything I needed......Im going back”

My stay at Kendall Hotel and Suites was pleasant. I went to a conference that was near by and this hotel suited my needs. The only thing that you must pay attention to is the breakfast due to the fact that they charge you daily and by room number. Each room is supposedly accommodating 5 people so when it comes to charging you bfast, they charge you for 5 people everyday even if you are only 2 people in the room......just gotta be cautious. Other than that the rooms are big and nice. I will be going back several times during the year. Thank you

“A place to chillout from the Miami heat”

An excellent location far away from the hustle of the expressways but convenient enough to join them and get into Miami Downtown or the Beach. The hotel has several wings, we stayed in Egret which was easy linked to the main section where breakfast was served, this was not included in the price but excellent value as you could eat well, hot and cold food with chef prepared omlettes to your own liking. Good swimming pool and towels available for use around the pool. Friendly and helpful staff.
