The eight-story Hotel Victor has 88 guestrooms, all with pool and ocean views. Amenities include flat-panel TVs, DVD/CD players, wireless Internet access, and cordless phones. Vix Restaurant - Live jellyfish float in a large tank at the entrance to this international restaurant. Cuisine includes specialties from the Mediterranean, Asia, Middle East, and Latin America. Full bar. Indoor and outdoor dining. Open for dinner.
Vue Terrace - Located on the second-floor outdoor patio with views of Ocean Drive and the beach. Serves tapas. Open from early morning until late evening.
Passage Bar & Lounge - Breakfast is served each morning, and lunch favorites include hamburgers, soups, salads, and sandwiches. Cocktails, beer, and wine are offered from late morning until late evening.
V Bar - A stylish lobby-level lounge with a glowing fiber-optic bar. Cocktails, beer, and wine are served. Open weekends seasonally.

“The Hotel Victor is Everything!!”
People, don't believe those negative reviews. I know that things do happen at all hotels. But my experience has been excellent so far. After reading the negative reviews, I was just looking for something to complain about. But no, this place is everything. At check in, I asked for an upgrade and got it with no problem. I had booked a special for a 300 feet king bed room. I was given a 400 feet two queen room with no problem. This is what I really wanted anyway. This room has plenty of space and a big bathroom with a door. Some have complained about the open bath area, but this room has a traditional bathroom. The property is beautiful, very boutique. The service has been excellent. Whenever I call for anything, it is here in about five minutes. And so far, the staff has provided my requested items and then they quickly walk away. So they don't look at you like their begging for a tip. I am a tipper so I've been insisting on tipping. There are only two small negatives so far: 1) There are no ice machines in the hotel. You have to call for ice and then they bring you a big bucket. They bring it very fast though. 2) I ordered a pina colada at the hotel bar and it was $23.00! It included a $3.00 tip. That won't happen again. I highly recommend this hotel. Drink up the bottled water. use the internet and the beach chairs, etc.. They will be hitting me with a $20.00 per day fee at the end of my stay for these things. Stay at the Victor and have fun!!
“Great South Beach location”
Hotel VIctor is a boutique hotel in the heart of South Beach. It is directly across the street from South Beach itself. The hotel has a lovely pool area upstairs overlooking the beach. This is a great place to relax and observe life passing by. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for: a reasonably priced hotel in the midst of South Beach with nice amenities. I would describe this as a 3+ star hotel.
“Best hotel on South Beach”
This hotel is even more beautiful than the pictures online. The location could not be any more perfect (right next to Versace mansion). Right in the middle of all the action. The concierge and entire staff was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world and this is now one of my very favorites.
“Beautiful ocean view room that is more like a suite”
The room rates are usually very high at the Victor. But if you can catch a special deal, as we did on Expedia, it's really worth the indulgence. The ocean view rooms are more like a suite with a large soaking tub in the middle of the bathroom and a shower room that you can play baseball in. The pool staff was excellent, bringing drinks and lunch just when we needed them. I'll definitely go back, but only if I find another special low rate.
“South Beach Cool”
This place is as nice as any in South Beach (perhaps not as "fancy" as some, but every bit as clean, comfortable and chic), and was considerably less expensive than most. South Beach is it's own area, so it's not convenient to get to the rest of Miami, but if you want to be in South Beach this is a great choice. Super helpful staff, too.
“Stay Elsewhere”
The first room we were given had scuff marks on the walls, dirty dust ruffles and curtains, and questionable stains on the couch. There were rips on the comforter as well. The second room we were given, the cleaning lady walked into the shower with her shoes dried the floor with a towel under her shoes and cleaned the toilet and sink with the same towel after she took some sort of solution and threw it all over the shower. Then took the wet towel with her wet shoes and carried it dripping across the tile and rug with it. The couches in the lobby are stained as well.
“Great boutique location”
Excellent service, staff and location. Great for the gay guys as it is across the road from 12th St beach. Sexy (heated) pool. Good gym.
“sehr netter aufenthalt”
der aufenthalt im hotel war sehr nett und in summe sehr freundlich. ärgerlich war, dass das zimmer keine direkte meersicht hatte, sondern man musst aus dem balkonfenster schauen. ich hatte im vorfeld mit expedia und mit dem hotel direkt telefoniert um genau dies zu erfragen und habe dazu keine ausreichende antwort bekommen. meine vermutung hatte sich bestätigt, so bin cih morgends aufgewacht und konnte nicht wie gewünscht aufs meer sehen sonder habe an die wand gegenüber geschaut :-( auch der kleiderschrank war sehr sehr klein. ansonsten sehr freundlich und sauber. lage ist super!
