“Only good to crash after partying!”

The design of the hotel is nice. Room and bathroom was very small....overall cleaniness of hotel and room furniture was not good. Happy hour serves only watered down cheap vodka, rum and gin. The staff was pleasant and location is walking distance to everything. Wouldn't recommend to a friend...have stayed at several South Beach hotels for the same price that top this one.

“Sexy and chic rooms..”

This hotel is located in a very convenient location. I was able to walk to everything i needed, ocean, shopping, lounges. I didn't even use my rental car. The rooms are small but very sexy and chic, great for love birds or just a quick getaway.

“does not stand by what they say”

They tried to charge an additional fee for a prior request of two double beds. The wash cloths had pubic hairs in them and when the front desk was notified you never received another wash cloth. They would only change the sheets. Convient to night life and the beach, but was not worth all the money. Kitchen was always out of service, happy hour would give you a headache from the cheap stuff. I tried not to be negative, but..............

If you are a more matured adult, go see all of south beach. take a cruise get your monies worth.

“not inpress”

The hotel staff was not friendly and the bathroom sink had a water leak.it took them over 48 hours to fix it.

“Mixed Emotions”

The hotel was very beautiful, they even let us check in two hours early. Two MAJOR problems....ants and hair in the towels!! I found several ants crawling on the top cover of the bed :(. Every towel they brought us had OTHER people's hair in them. It was disgusting. Hotel in great location, happy hour was great, bartenders were AMAZING!! Language barrier sucked tho. Great thing about the hotel was the LOCATION. In South Beach, right across from Club Bed and a few blocks from the beach. If I ever go back to this hotel, I'm bringing my own towels and ant spray!!

“Recent Hotel Stay”

Hotel was great. Room was beautiful!! All of hotel staff extremely nice. Hotel bar was not as good as hoped, but I believe they recently were going through bar manager change so I have hopes that will improve. The only complaint I have is the only mirror was in bathroom (which is gorgeous but kind of small). Myself and another female stayed together, and the bathroom did not make very convenient for two females to have to use. Other than that, all was great and I would stay at again.

“Great hotel, great location.....affordable.”

This was my 2nd stay and I'm still extremely satisfied. I would not recommend going to South Beach Memorial Weekend, however. Too many dangerous people from New York and L.A.

“good price but”

It seemed like a great price for a one-night stay in South Beach but the fact that you have to add on $32 to park really changes things. Not sure it is worth it to stay in this area; very touristy. Also, there was alot of noise from neighboring rooms and/or employees late at night.

Area recommendations
We were looking for an inexpensive hotel to stay at while visiting our son who lives in Miami. Last time we stayed out near the airport. That was less convenient but so much cheaper and included a lovely breakfast. It was interesting to stay in South Beach this time but I don't think we'll go back.

“Unique but fun!”

The hotel is art deco but is Japanese themed. I have never stayed at a "boutique" hotel before but I really liked it. It was different but in a good way. The best part about it was the location! Only a few blocks from the beach and all the great places on South Beach. We walked most places which was convenient because parking is expensive. We used meters which were not bad but there have a time limit. Over all a great south beach hotel.
