“under renovation”

Hotel entry was a mess, lifts very slow and painting sheets and smell on our floor. Tour desk seemed particularly unprofessional and could not provide us with a proper receipt for a tour we booked.

This hotel is right across the street from the port market place. Lot's of choices for eating, and people watching. Great location for pre-cruise

“Nice Hotel”

It is exelent to people that is going to a cruise... It's close to the American Airlines Arena and the Bayside Marketplace where you can go to eat and shop

“Not impressed, not easy to reach or find parking”

Only advantage is that it's close to the Port of Miami. Not too easy to find and to locate the facilities parking.... if it's available. Limited parking spaces. Facility currently under lobby renovations.

Close to Bayside, lots of shopping and meal choices. Very close to Port of Miami. Nice pool area.

“Overpriced & Outdated, but free WIFI !!”

Expensive for the small room and overall condition & age of the room. The hotel was under renovation, but overall I felt it was very outdated. I really liked the free WIFI, but it would have been nice if they offered an airport shuttle.

Not sure, but I saw a homeless man sleeping on the sidewalk about a block down from the hotel which frightened me.

“not what i expected”

There were sombody elses underwear hanging from the shower when we checked into our room, we paid for a smoking room therefore you would think there would be an ashtray of some sort but nope. The coke machine was out of order so there was nothing to drink, they charge for parking and we didn't even have a car. The only positive thing was the bed was really comfortable.
