Its perfectly cozy, rooms are perfectly sized and clean, i like the moood of the hotel, the location is perfect, not to far from beach access just about 2 blocks from hotel, there is a nice cuban restaurant next to it.

Love the artsy atmosphere, the room was cute and tidy, vicinity to shopping, food and beach was great. The distance from the hotel to park was inconvenient. Asked to empty the trash before check out, which was strange, but then the receptacles where you should empty the trash were not there. Also asked to wash any items used in the kitchenette, however no dish soap was given, and you had to use the worlds smallest bathroom sink to do it.

I enjoyed my stay here, the property was tucked away but still very close to the beach. Not sure how long the construction was in the parking lot, but it was noticeably run down. Even the homeless people seemed pretty comfortable laying around this property, nothing happened though. The property was fine, clean and adequate for the stay since most of the time was spent at the beach. Walls are super thin, so just know that if you plan on staying here, but overall I'd stay here again.

What a cool and unique find! Small boutique-y hotel ticket away in South Beach. Our room was tiny to the point of being totally awesome! And super clean and efficient, Front desk staff were very helpful. Short walk to A1A and the South Beach vibe and shopping on Collins and Lincoln. Check out Bella Cuba right next door for good food and service.

The urine smell all around the building, trash cans in mail entrance. Cockroaches in the room, they did not offer cleaning service in the room at any time. The only thing good about it is its location, but I don't recommend it.

When we called the property to make changes to our reservation they were unwilling to help and directed us back to Expedia to request a change. Expedia was unwilling to make adjustments causing us to either cancel or change our plans to suit Expedia and the hotel. It didn’t even sound like the hotel had a record of our reservation through Expedia. Very bad service will never book through Expedia or this hotel again.

The room was very clean and the decor was cute and all brand new. The bed was comfortable with great pillows, I had a great nights sleep. The TV was a Roku tv and had all the apps pre logged in which was a nice touch. The only down sides were that the elevator was broken and I was on the 3rd floor, however the person there (not sure if he was a manager but seemed like one) named Francisco was very helpful and carried my bags up for me. The other down side was that they were in the process of installing the new TV in the room while I was there. The first night I had to use my laptop for TV, which isn't a huge deal but just a slight inconvenience when you're paying. I was told to let them know when I was leaving and they would have someone come to install the TV, however the guy came around 10am while I was still getting dressed for the day without any warning. Neither of these were terrible incidences but without a bar or anything in the hotel they weren't able to offer anything to me for the inconvenience. Overall very nice staff and very clean, great value for money.

Look through the windows only big and high wall. It's a nightmare at the first night, my husband woke up at 3am to go to bathroom and found a roach crawling on his wearing shirt. Then tomorrow morning we complaint at the front and asking them to clean a room. A guy at the front said usually no cleaning until three days. I showed him the picture of a roach in the room and said that's why this causes the animal happen to the room. Then he said to ask the cleaner to clean the room by 5pm. We came back after 5pm and everything was the same no cleaning. We are so disappointed to pay $489.81 for two nights. We expected to find the reasonable accommodation and fit to the price. By the way, the area is convenient for dining and walking.

We were giving a room with no window that can open for proper ventilation. Toilet door doesn’t lock. Slow water drain in bathroom vanity. We moved in a different hotel because of unsafe environment with smoke and weed smell all around/ Noise all night. Elevator works but very small. Good thing is very close to market and restaurant.
