“OK, but very basic”

This hotel is perfectly located for shopping and trips to the North of Miami. The rooms are old and therefore don't feel like ultimately clean and luxurious. It is a typical timeshare hotel. Everything is in a weekly rhythm. The hotel caters mostly to Canadians. French is spoken by the personnel, which obviously is convenient those with French as only or native language. Internet is good. Not extremely fast, but always on. Parking no problem.

“The most best place to stay in Sunny Isles”

Excellant Hotel - Would love to go back as soonest !!!!!!!!!!!! Everything was wonderful. Could not have asked for a better location to stay.

“Place for relaxation !”

Great hotel, spacious room, nice furniture, fantastic view from the balcony at any time of the day. Room was not ready until 6 o'clock on arriving day - but we got a bottle of champagne to make up for this. All in all a very nice stay !!

Across the street is an authentic russian grocery shop with fanstatic food.

“Prettige atmosfeer”

De kamer is zeer netjes en heeft een mooi uitzicht op de tuin en de zee. Aan de andere zijde zijn er wat restaurantjes, benzinepomp, supermarkt en fast food. Het strand is netjes en rustig. Met de auto is het ongeveer 20 min. rijden naar het art deco district in miami beach. Wij hebben hier een heerlijke tijd doorgebracht centraal gelegen t.o.v. Miami en Fort Lauderdale. Absoluut aan te bevelen!! Ik heb ondertussen al heel wat gezien in USA en dit is gewoon goed.
