Stay here if you want absolute cheap just a bed to sleep in and a shower. Otherwise don’t expect a decent hotel.

Out of a ghetto movie , no hotel sign . Does not look like a hotel. $250 for garbage hotel. Smell of marijuana in the entire hotel as well as entrance. Have to go to the building next door to check in while carrying my luggage from place to place and up the stairs to my room. Old furniture out of the 80s. Very noisey from other rooms who have loud music on and partying and seeing these odds car delivering stuff to this hotel which it’s safe to assume that it’s drugs. Location is great and I’m surprised to see that such place is allowed to exist on an upscale prime tourist and hotel area. I stayed at a duliffrent hotel prior to my cruise which was simply amazing for a couple of hundred more per night. A complete great resort called CADILAC hotel and resort. The only reason I ended up at this Geneva place was because there was a mistake in my flight and I needed a last minute hotel until the next morning. I do not recommend it at all.

You get what you pay for, I had very low expectations coming in and it wasn't as bad as other reviews. If you expect 4 stars and up, get ready to pay 2 or 3 times as much. Not too noisy considering the area and that I got a room towards the rear of the building. Clean sheets, plenty of toiletries upon request, central a/c and hot water won me over. South Beach is very humid and wear and tear is within reasonable parameters.

Trash, location is the only thing going for this place, last minute for price but I’ll never do that again. A long list of things wrong with this place: the check is actually the building next door, it’s obviously just an old apartment building, shower barely worked, mildew smell, no housekeeping on weekend

I didn't like the fact I told the guy that I was bumped from my flight so I arrived at midnight. He charged me a $50 deposit after I told him why I wasn't there at 530p. The guy did say he would refund the room at check out but his partner Selson who witnessed it claimed he didn't remember and only refunded the $50 deposit. Selson is Brazilian. They were chatting when I arrived. I'll never stay there again. I told the guy I could cancel because I purchased protection. Please refund me. Selson told me to contact you.

This Hotel is in a Perfect location. I stayed here because of a last minute issue. I think this hotel needs an update face lift. Elevator does not work. If they can do an update to this hotel they would easily make money back they are in a great location. They should consider it

That property is right at the heart of all festivities any has easy acces to the beach. That said the place itself looks like a repurposed shelter. The hallway fits one person at a time way to small for a guest.

Scary place. Check in is at a different location. First floor had no lights on. No staff at all. Front desk closed off. Homeless sleeping in the dark halls. Drug sales happening 10 feet from front door. Not safe to stay. We had to find another place. They would not return our full payment we made prior on line. This place is scary. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. This hotel has about 8 parking spots. 30-50 per day cost. Please stay somewhere else. Very unsafe

What I didn’t like was the fact that the first night of arrival we had no electricity until about 2am, second is the staff that was at front desk said they gave me my deposit back but they didn’t, they showed me a receipt that was signed but it wasn’t my signature, I clearly showed them what my signature looked like on my drivers license and it sure didn’t match up even close…over all I’m not coming back

I get a free smoke room was stinking people is so noise put side is people selling drugs them never clean my room for 4 nights we see a big roach on the room bed mattress are older and very bad condition I will never stay again on this hotel very bad service I can belive they on south beach area on this condition I was travel before to Miami and never have this hotel problem I don't recommend this hotel also parking is $50 each night

1st it's cool for what it is before you check in... My was never cleaned... It's was black mode growing out the vent... Pressed body wash and shampoo... Floor were covered in dirt.... The house keeper saw me heading to complain at the front desk... she stopped me and assured me to give her 2 hours to clean it.. mind you it's already 5pm.. I noted the front desk and went out for 3 hours .. room still not cleaned...no wash rags ..hair still under the covers...Now it's almost 8:39 pm and u can't find any where else...So I had to request Pillow cases and cover so I coy sleep on top I've the Covers... Also the building controls the air .. so I Froze to death in a Black mold covered vent room and woke up feeling horrible as to I'm allergic to mold ... Stay safe y'all... Just don't stay here
